Edit Draft Contract within the Cart

Only draft contacts can be edited from the cart.

See Product Price Adjustment within the Cart to edit the price of a product (i.e. sweatshirt)

Within the cart draft contracts can:

To adjust a draft contract within a cart:

Press the pencil icon for the contract line item

Once you press the pencil icon the Edit Contract window will open, there are 3 tabs:

  • General 
    • Add/ Remove a promotion
  • Customers
    • Add/ Remove enrollments
  • Properties / Add-ons
    • Adjust answers to questions (i.e. rentals)

Add/Remove a Promotion

  1. General Tab
  2. If Adding, Select a Promotion
  3. Apply or Remove the Promotion
  4. Accept Changes
  5. Select OK

Add/Remove Enrollments

  1. Customers Tab
  2. Increase or decrease number of enrollments
  3. Select or remove customers as an enrollment
  4. Accept Changes
  5. Select OK

Adjust Questions

  1. Properties /  Add-ons Tab
  2. Select Edit for the questions you want to adjust
  3. Make your adjustment
  4. Select Ok
  5. Accept Change 
  6. Select OK
