Redpoint HQ provides software used by climbing gyms to manage customer accounts, memberships, bookings, purchases, and other services. Your account and associated data are managed by the climbing gym where your account was created.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your Redpoint account and associated personal data:
- Contact the climbing gym where your account was created.
- Tell them that you would like your customer account and associated personal data deleted.
- The gym will verify your request and process the deletion, including requesting assistance from Redpoint HQ when necessary.
If you have accounts with more than one climbing gym, you may need to contact each gym separately.
Request from mobile app
1. Go to your account and tap the 3 lines in the top left
2. Tap Settings and Preferences
3. Tap Request Account Deletion
What data is deleted?
When your deletion request is processed, personal data associated with your customer account that is no longer required will be deleted or anonymized.
Some information may need to be retained by the climbing gym or Redpoint HQ when required for legitimate business, legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or regulatory purposes. This may include records related to purchases, payments, agreements, or other transactions. Any retained information will be kept only for the applicable retention period.
