Cancel Course does NOT Cancel Contracts

Cancelling a course or session does NOT cancel any confirmed or active contracts contained in the course.

Cancel Course - cancels ALL sessions

If there is only one session, cancelling the course is the same as cancelling the session.

Open the Manage Course window from the Calendar Module. Click Cancel Course

Once cancelled, it can be reinstated by clicking Reinstate Course.

As with cancelling course, the contracts are not impacted by clicking Reinstate course. If you cancelled the course in error, Reinstate Course

In the Calendar Module, open the filter and toggle to show cancelled courses

In a multi-session course, cancelling the course cancels ALL of the Sessions. To cancel just individual sessions:
