Overview

To initiate a product transfer between locations, navigate to Products > Stock Controls > Transfers > New Transfer.

By default, the system sets the Source Facility (the "send from" location) to the facility you're currently logged into. However, this can be changed during setup, allowing for centralized transfer management.

Transfer Statuses:

• Pending – The transfer is still in progress and products remain in the Source Facility's inventory. Use this status while building and editing transfers.

• Sent – Products will be NOT be removed from the Source Facility's inventory, and are not yet available in the Target Facility. The inventory will update once the transfer has been received at the target facility

Key Fields:

• Source Facility – The location sending the products. Defaults to your current facility but can be changed.

• Target Facility – The destination location receiving the products.
