Benefits
Each spoke features its own Edit menu, allowing you to easily customize the settings for that specific area.
Membership/Agreement/Pass: Dates Spoke
You will set up the duration of a contract or agreement in this spoke. The date types can fixed, duration fixed, or open ended.
Pricing Spoke
Use this section to configure your plan’s pricing. Pricing is tied to the enrollment type options and offers flexibility to meet your specific needs. You can choose from several pricing structures, including Simple, Standard, or more advanced configurations using Quantity Rules.
Freeze Terms
The Freeze Terms spoke is available for both Programs and Memberships. It allows you to enable or disable freeze options on a per-plan basis, either at the contract level or the enrollment level.
Booking Limits
The Booking Limits spoke allows you to manage key settings related to course sign-ups. Here, you can enable bookings, activate the waitlist, set participant limits for a course, and define the online draft timeout duration.
Cancellation Rules
The Cancellation spoke defines what cancellation actions a customer can take between the time they book and the contract's start date.
By configuring this spoke, you can allow customers to cancel their contracts through the customer portal—within the specific rules and timeframes you set.
Adding a Cancellation spoke is optional. If cancellations are handled exclusively by staff using overrides, you can leave this section blank.
Presentation
The Presentation spoke offers configurable tabs that let you customize the display and layout of each plan. This spoke controls the visual presentation of plans within your online portal.
Available tab options may vary based on the Plan Directory.
Documents
The Documents spoke is used to display the terms and conditions of a plan to the contract holder, both online and at the kiosk. You can set up separate Documents spokes for different locations, or use the Toolbox to include location-specific content within a single document.
Questions
The Questions spoke allows you to set up custom questions to gather additional information during the booking process. These questions can be configured at two levels: contract-level questions are asked once per contract, no matter how many individuals are enrolled, while enrollment-level questions are asked separately for each enrollee listed on the contract.
Customer Notifications (Emails)
The Customer Notifications spoke lets you control which emails are sent for a specific plan. Notifications can be tailored by location—if needed, you can create separate spokes for each location to customize messaging accordingly. Each notification will either use the default template or a custom template specifically enabled for the plan.
Benefits
The Benefits spoke is where you assign specific Amenities to a plan. Amenities represent the perks or access a customer receives through their plan—such as facility access, product discounts, guest passes, on-account purchasing, and more.
