Enhanced Email Builder and SendGrid Templates

In addition to the standard email builder in Redpoint, there are two ways to make fully customized emails to customers:

Both options can be found anywhere you craft an email to a customer:

Build > Notifications > Email Automations (Requires SendGrid Integration to send these emails)
Build > Notifications > Templates (built into RPHQ)
Build > Plans > Customer Notification spoke on specific plan > Custom Template (built into RPHQ)

Email Builder: Enhanced Designer

Design your customized emails right in RedpointHQ!

Required email footer replacement field. This must be added to email, otherwise it will stop you from saving if not added (SEE CAN-SPAM ACT)
- Unsubscribe link in this footer toggles Do Not Mail in RPHQ
You can copy a design from one and paste into another.
Drag and Drop modules to design your email. Includes smart text AI.
Audit section in sidebar flags issues to correct before saving.

Sections functionality in standard emails (where you can have sections specific to facility) are not available in the builder BUT you can use custom replacement field for section breakout info then bring that into the enhanced builder. You must copy and paste it to bring it over.

Requires SendGrid Integration as the assigned Marketing Provider.
Once toggled on, your SendGrid Dynamic templates will be shown in the pulldown menu to select from:
- Replacement fields are shown in RPHQ - take these to add to your Sendgrid Template.
  ALL EDITS to templates happen in SendGrid.
- You MUST add the Required Email Footer replacement email to your SendGrid Dynamic Template

IMPORTANT: If you update a template in SendGrid, you MUST open the Email Editor and Synchronize, otherwise the old template will persist.
