Overview
You are able to link accounts within Redpoint to allow for customer portal adjustments for parents, sign up others in the calendar, and allow a parent to see a child's QR code for checking in.
Org Setting: Name your ID
- Build > Storefronts > Global Settings
- Edit Booking ID Settings. This is the label that will display on the storefront
Staff Steps
Everything can be viewed and managed from the customer’s Online Profile tab. From here you can:
- View and copy a customers ID
- Customer can also view and copy their ID from the customer portal on their profile page.
- Customer can also view and copy their ID from the customer portal on their profile page.
- Generate New will generate a new ID. It will not break the connections already in use.
- Add Friends and Family to this customer’s profile.
- Remove this customer from another customer’s online profile; expand row and detach.
Customer Portal Steps
1. Navigate to the Friends and Family Tab in your Portal Profile.
- Click name at top right to view your profile.
2. Add friends and family by clicking Add and then pasting their ID
- Find ID on your summary OR on the Friends and Family tab.
- Copy it and share your code to a friends for them to add you to as a Friend and Family
- Linking is a one-way process. This means that "If I link you, you still need to link me."
Remove people from my saved friends and family
- In the My Friends and Family section, click Remove from Friends and Family to remove someone.
Suggested Friends and Family
- If you are on a membership, pass, or booking contract with others that are not yet linked Friends and Family, they will appear here. Quick add them to your profile by clicking ‘Add to Friends and Family’
Take myself off others as a saved friends and family
- Go to Customer Portal Profile Page > Friends and Family tab
- In the Connected Friends and Family section, click the red link to Remove Myself from Friends and Family
Booking for Friends and Family
- Linked Friends and Family members will appear in the "Select from existing household..." dropdown list when booking or making a purchase. To add a new Friend or Family member and book or purchase on their behalf, click “Add Friends and Family by [YourGymName] ID.” The person you’re adding will need to copy and share their unique ID, which they can find in the Friends and Family tab of their Customer Profile.
