Pricing relates to the enrollment type options of a plan and there are lots of options to configure the exact pricing you need for your plan.
Pricing Types
Simple Pricing
Use simple pricing when enrollment type and quantity correlate directly with a per person price.
Simple pricing also allows you to set two products to be sold for an enrollment.
Standard Pricing
Standard pricing brings in some more options - contract level vs enrollment level pricing, range pricing, amenity token pricing, and unified pricing options.
This video goes through some common standard pricing examples.
Quantity Rules Pricing
Quantity Rule pricing allows you create specific enrollment combinations with pricing.
Make the enrollment combinations that you want to allow. Combinations not covered by the quantity rules you create will not be allowed.
ORDER MATTERS - the system will start with the first and work down. The first one to match wins.
Pricing Configuration Options
Contract Level Pricing vs Enrollment Level Pricing
In both the Standard and Quantity pricing options, you can apply either Contract level pricing - price applied for the contract as a whole - or Enrollment level pricing where price is calculated per enrollment.
Enrollment level pricing has additional detail of enrollee name in the description in sales report. Contract level only has contract holder as purchaser.
Startup/Fee tab and Dues Tab for Recurring Billed Plans
On recurring billed memberships, there are separate tabs to configure the Startup vs the Recurring Dues. The same Contracl Level pricing and Enrollment Level Pricing exist on each tab
Rules + Rule Conditions tab
Pricing rules allow you to set up pricing that is dependent on the Booking date/time, the contract starting date/time, and Customer Segment conditions. This allows you to set up "early bird" pricing, certain sale pricing,

Example Advanced Pricing Rule Conditions
Early Bird Pricing (uses Advanced Pricing Rules)
- Set one rule as early bird and the second rule as standard.
- On the Early Bird rule, Use Booking Date Condition - if booking date falls between these dates, this pricing will apply. After that, standard applies.
Set the booking date condition in one line. in this example, use the:
- And Operator, then add from and until dates.
Booking date relative to contract start date
Use Booking Date Relative
Edit Condition: Before this date in time, subtract days will end early bird pricing Xdays before the course starts.

The Matching rule will be shown below course start date
Time Restricted Day Pass
For example, a day pass that is only available before 12pm Monday - Friday.
If you sell the day pass online - DO NOT USE ADVANCED PRICING RULE:
- Set up a separate plan for the time restricted day pass
- Apply a Benefit that is time restricted and add that new time restricted benefit in the Check in Guard > Benefit Rule
- The pass can be purchased anytime online, BUT the time restricted benefit would prevent them from checking in outside the defined times.
- Advanced pricing rules will not work if the pass is sold online because the Pass ALWAYS "begins" at the start of the day, so the event date condition will not work correctly.
If you ONLY sell the pass in gym:
- Create a new pricing rule and sort it above your default pricing
- on the Rule Conditions tab select Booking Date Condition
- Edit Condition:
- Select Day can match ANY of the following
- Add Element 5 times and set day in week to Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Has time toggle should be ON:
- Hour and Minute = the time when this pricing becomes available
- Duration(Minutes) how long from this start time this pricing should be valid. SHown here is hour = 6 with Duration (Minutes) = 360 (6 hours) so 6am til 12pm.
Test in the pricing playground by adjusting the Booking Date and Time!
Summer camp 4th of July week is less than other camp weeks
- Add a July 4th rule and sort it at above your default pricing
- On the Rule Conditions tab use the Event Date Condition
- Edit Condition: select Exact Date and set the date to the 1st session of that week to be discounted. That is the Event Start Date
Test in Pricing Playground by editing the Course Start Date
