It is possible that you might encounter an error when moving a booking to a new session.
Problem
You may see the message "Heads Up! Contract end date must match the course end date" when attempting to reschedule a booking or edit an existing booking.
This error occurs when the booking’s end date/time differs from the current course settings. This mismatch often happens with:

Imported classes, or
-
Classes within a course that has since been modified
To resolve the issue, ensure the booking’s end date aligns with the course’s updated end date.
Solution
To fix the error:

Go to Edit Booking > Change Course

Rebook the customer into the same course session to correct the end date/time
After this step, you’ll be able to move the booking to a different session or make other edits without encountering the error.
If the course is already full, you’ll need Overbooking permission to rebook the customer into the same session.
