v1.6.124 - October 26, 2026

Features

Contracts: Custom Contract-Level Freeze Fees

For plans with contract-level freezes enabled, set a custom freeze product and price, including a $0 waiver, for the contract. The override changes the contract-level fee without changing the plan’s freeze rules.

Custom fees are highlighted on contract details. Separate contract and enrollment finder tabs show fee applicability, contract reference numbers, and direct access to contract details and actions.

The renamed Manage Recurring Terms permission covers next bill dates, minimum termination dates, and recurring contract freeze fees.

Charting: View and Share the Numbers Behind Your Charts with a Table View

Switch between Chart and Table views without re-entering your filters to review the values behind your trends. Copy the results, download Excel, CSV, or PDF reports, or set up scheduled emailed reports to share with your team.

Insights: Find Relevant Reporting You Need with Insights Search

Describe what you want to know, such as “membership sales last month,” to find relevant charts, reports, and data grids. Results explain what each page shows and can open with suggested filters for the dates, facilities, plans, or products you mentioned. Explore common questions by topic or revisit your recent searches.

Improvements

Contracts: Make Staff-Only Exceptions to Contract Enrollment Limits

The new Bypass Contract Enrollment Limits permission lets staff confirm bookings below the minimum or above the maximum total enrollment count. Customer bookings remain subject to those limits. Enrollment-type ranges stay enforced, and exceeding course capacity still requires the separate Overbook Course permission.

New Permission has been added:

This change can be applied to ALL Contract Types

QoL: Close Grid Details with Escape

Press Escape to close grid details displayed in a lightbox and return to your list. If another dialog is open on top, Escape dismisses that dialog first.

Tickets: Safer Ticket Comments and Email Previews

Ticket comments and received emails now have added protections against unsafe content and misleading links. Staff can review the full destination when a link triggers a warning, with stronger confirmation required for links in received-email previews. Comment previews filter potentially unsafe content and formatting without changing the original messages.

Tickets: Manage Your Ticket Activity Emails

The new 'My Ticket Notifications' tab shows tickets you’re involved in and why you’re included. Unsubscribe or subscribe again without changing assignments or ticket history. Your unsubscribe preferences are remembered if you leave a ticket and become involved again. This tab only appears if you have the assigned ticket notification permission.

Tickets: Route Incoming Email Tickets by Facility and Keywords

New tickets received by email now follow your ticket routing rules, letting you assign projects based on the receiving facility and keywords in the subject or message. Replies stay in their existing project.

Segments: Refresh Tag and Attribute Choices

You can now refresh tag and custom attribute choices directly from the segment condition picker. Newly added values become available while your current conditions and unsaved edits stay intact.

Segments: Target Customers by When They First Visited

First Visit Date now supports rolling dates in customer segments. Find customers whose first visit was in the last 30 days or another relative period, and the segment updates automatically as time passes. Fixed dates remain available.

Auto-Emailed Reports: Schedule Reports Every Three Months

Auto-emailed reports now support quarterly delivery. Choose a first sending date, then receive a report every three months covering the period since the previous scheduled delivery. For full calendar quarters, choose January 1, April 1, July 1, or October 1.

Basecamp: Automatic Password Changes for Basecamp Workstation Seats

Adding a workstation seat to Basecamp now replaces its password with a new random password. A prominent warning above the password field explains that you must set a new password before removing the seat from Basecamp or adding it again. User seat passwords remain unchanged.

Seats: Seat Sign-in and Usage History

Go to Manage > Organization & Facility Settings > Seats to access two new tabs:

  • Seat Sign-in Logs — Review successful and unsuccessful sign-ins, including the time, facility, and seat
  • Seat Sessions — See session start times, recent browser activity, and session status

Filter by date, facility, or username to find records for an audit, with history retained for 12 months.

On the Seats tab, Last Used now reflects browser session activity, including access through bookmarks, so auditing seat usage no longer depends on staff clicking Launch in Basecamp.

Front Desk: Keyboard Shortcut Guide for POS Payments

Click Keyboard shortcuts at the top of the Tender Payment window to see the hot keys for choosing a payment type, splitting a payment, placing a balance on account, and completing a sale.

Fixes

Tickets: Blocked Email Confirmation Shows the Ticket’s Destination Facility

The confirmation previously promised your selected facility even when the email’s destination address matched another facility. It now names the matched facility, or explains that your selected facility will be used when no match exists. Blocked emails also receive a dedicated confirmation. Ticket routing remains unchanged.

Contracts: Overbook Existing Bookings from Edit Booking

The capacity warning previously blocked Save before staff could approve overbooking. Staff with Overbook Course permission can now confirm and save directly from Edit Booking, without changing the course’s capacity settings.

Plans: Fix for Errors when Adding Agreement Questions

Adding or editing agreement questions could show a “Whoops” error because the character counter couldn’t handle a blank default answer. Blank defaults now count as zero characters, allowing the question editor to open without that error.

Duplicates: Show Missing Duplicates in the Duplicates List

Duplicate warnings could sometimes open an empty Duplicates list because date filtering excluded some flagged duplicates, even with All dates selected. The filter now uses the available detection date for these entries, so matching duplicates appear for review and resolution.

Memberships: Full-Width Termination Reason Field

The Reason field in Terminate Enrollment used only half the form width, cutting off longer bilingual labels. It now uses the full available width so staff can read more of each reason before selecting it.

Tickets: Blank Replies no Longer Prevent Tickets from Loading

Some tickets stayed stuck on the loading screen because a reply contained formatting but no text. Blank replies now finish loading and show “No text was included with this message”. Any attachments remain available below the message.
