Features

Plans: Use Benefits in Expiration Order

Unlimited benefits are now used first, followed by benefits expiring soonest. This applies to check-ins, amenity tokens, and benefit-funded promotions, helping customers use their benefits before they expire.

Plans: Combine Benefit Balances for a Purchase

A purchase can now draw from multiple eligible benefit balances instead of requiring one balance to cover the full amount. Select Preview benefit allocation in the Amenity Tokens box to see which balances will be used and what they cover.

Segments: Find Customers by Total Enrollment Dues

Filter customers and enrollments by Total Enrollment Dues or by Enrollment Freeze Dues. Choose an exact amount, a range, or an above-or-below comparison. Each enrollment is compared individually. Combine dues and status in an Enrollment Query to find, for example, active enrollments with total dues above a chosen amount.

Grids: Grid Actions Stay Within Reach

Grid actions now stay visible as you scroll sideways through wide tables. Compact controls leave more room for your data—hover over a row for its main action, or open the three-dot menu for more options.

Customer Profile: Control Search Visibility for Public Redpoint Pages

A new Organization Storefront setting for: 'Allow public Redpoint pages to appear in search results' lets you control whether your public Redpoint pages can appear in search results. Search visibility is on by default. Turning it off removes those pages as search engines revisit them, without affecting shared links or embedded content on your website. Private pages, checkout, and confirmations remain excluded.

Improvements

AI: Explore Archived Customer History in AI Reports and Charts

Add #withArchive to your request in Report Builder or Chart Builder to explore historical customer visits, sales, payments, bookings, and status changes.

Plans: See Where Every Amenity Is Used

When you open an amenity under Build > Plans > Amenities, a new Benefits tab shows everything that grants that amenity. It's organized the same way as View → Benefits: plans, plan question options, custom properties on contracts, and customers. Before you change or archive an amenity, you can see which plans and customers depend on it. Expand any benefit to see its ledger history.

Promotion and Contract Token amenities now open on their own Promotions or Tokens tab, with Benefits next to it. Check-in and On-Account Sales amenities, which used to show nothing when opened, now show their benefits.

Plans: Pricing and Benefits Indicators on Plan Questions

Plan question lists omitted pricing indicators, leaving questions with attached charges unmarked. Questions now show a green money icon for attached fees or dues and a green benefits icon for options with benefits, so staff can identify both without opening each question.

Plans: Duplicate Plan Rules

Copy an existing pricing, freeze, or cancellation rule with all its conditions and settings.

Notifications: Improved Mobile Layout of Group Booking Confirmations

On narrow screens, Sign Documents and Manage Booking could wrap with borders and backgrounds overlapping their text because the buttons shared space with their descriptions. Each button now appears above its description and keeps wrapped labels inside its border, preventing that overlap.

Point of Sale: Automatic Invoice Emails After Checkout

New option In Manage (Menu) > Organization & Facility Settings > Facility (Dropdown) > Point of Sale (Dropdown) > Options > Send Automatic Invoice Emails after POS Transactions that allows invoices to be automatically emailed to customers with email addresses after a POS sale or refund.

Point of Sale: Scrollable Quick Button Tabs

Emails: Freeze End Dates in Message Templates

Include the scheduled freeze end date in your message templates using {{status_freeze_end_date_long}} or {{status_freeze_end_date_short}}. Both replacement fields display the actual scheduled freeze end date, not the date the membership resumes. If no freeze end date applies, they display “None.”

Reports: Download Reports as PDFs

Choose PDF from the report toolbar to download a printable, shareable copy. Each PDF includes the report title, full results, and applied filters, with column headings repeated across pages.

Calendar: Promo Codes at a Glance in Manage Course

The Contracts tab now shows prices or recurring dues, with a green tag on discounted bookings. Hover over the tag to see the promo codes without opening each booking.

Contracts: Step-by-Step Bulk Enrollment Type Changes

Bulk enrollment type changes now follow three steps: configure the change, choose which contracts to include, and review the dues impact before applying it.

New filters let you review changes by facility, dues type, calculation result, and dues difference. Selection starts with plan dues only, while the final review shows all queued changes by default. Friendly result labels help identify changes that need attention.

Contracts: Replacement Tokens Now Change the Contract Price

Using a token to replace a fee now saves that choice in the contract’s pricing. The contract shows the reduced amount owed, and that price carries through to the cart and invoice.

You can select tokens when creating a contract. When editing one, the checkboxes are now under Fee Summary, alongside the fees they cover. The cart uses the saved selections at checkout.

Fixes

Emails: Fixed Timezone Shifts in Program Emails and Gift Receipts

Program emails and gift receipts could display times in another location’s timezone. They now use the session or invoice location’s timezone, preventing shifted session times and incorrect receipt dates.

Customers: Customer Sidebar Contract Counts

Customer sidebar badges could show 1 instead of 2 when a customer held one contract and was enrolled in another, because equal totals for those two groups were counted only once. Membership, booking, pass, and agreement badges now add both groups, while still counting each contract once.

Plans: Facility Changes Now Save on Benefits

Changes to a benefit’s selected facilities were ignored when “Specific Facilities” remained unchanged. Adding or removing facilities now saves without changing that setting, so reopening the benefit shows the updated selection.

Plans: Apply the 512-Character Limit in Property Editors

Property editors previously allowed answers and option labels longer than contracts could store, causing saves to fail. The editors now limit new text to 512 characters and show a character counter. Oversized answers display a message explaining the limit before saving.

Contracts: Prevent errors after correcting Invalid Contracts

Contract corrections could save successfully and then show an error because the Invalid Contracts window still expected pending enrollment terminations after an edit removed them. The window now rechecks whether the contract needs attention after edits, preventing this post-save error.

Contracts: Clear Guidance When a Prepaid Membership Cannot Thaw

Missing or invalid prepaid durations could cause a server error during thawing. These memberships now show guidance before the thaw is submitted: customers are asked to contact their gym, and staff are instructed to correct “Prepaid Frozen Days.”

The same check prevents scheduling a future thaw that would later fail because its prepaid duration is invalid.

Contracts: Fix Zero-Dues Posting for Frozen Memberships

Terminated members could prevent a contract from being marked Frozen, causing dues posting to reject a valid $0 freeze fee.

Contracts: Read-Only Bookings no Longer Show Unlock Price

Viewing a concluded booking showed “Edit Booking” and an “Unlock Price” button that did nothing because the booking was read-only. The view now says “View Booking” and replaces the button with a message explaining that you must open the contract in edit mode to make changes.

Contracts: Contract Activation Follows Updated Token Pricing

Previously, activation charged the contract’s full price by design, even when “replace price” tokens reduced the cart total. With the updated design, activation now charges the token-adjusted contract price, matching the amount shown in the cart.

Contracts: Startup-fee Promotions When Adding Members

In some cases, adding a member with a startup-fee promotion could also credit back a portion of an existing member’s previously paid startup fee. Promotions now apply to the additional startup charges, leaving fees already paid unchanged.

Customer Portal: Clearer Messages When Profile Contact Details are Already in Use

Changing your profile’s email address or phone number to one already linked to another profile previously showed a generic duplicate-value error. The message now explains which contact is already in use and directs you to choose another or contact your facility for help.

Calendar: Long Bookings no Longer Show Occupied Spaces as Available

The calendar and individual sessions could show different availability because long bookings sometimes stopped counting before they ended. Ongoing bookings now keep their spaces reserved for their full duration, preventing availability from including spaces already in use.

Tickets: Link Editing When Creating Tickets

The New Ticket form was taking focus away from the Insert/Edit Link dialog, preventing you from entering link details. The form now allows the link dialog to receive focus so you can add and edit links before creating a ticket.

QuickBooks Online: Prevent Duplicate QuickBooks Journal Entries After Transfer Errors

For organizations connected to multiple QuickBooks companies, some transfers appeared to fail in Redpoint even though the journal entries reached QuickBooks. Redpoint could mistake entries from different companies for duplicates, so retrying created additional entries. Transfers now allow matching entry IDs across companies and keep each location’s daily reference separate, preventing this conflict. Existing duplicates are unchanged.
