Features
AI Chart Builder: AI Chart Building and Custom Charts
The AI Chart Builder turns analytical questions about your business into tailored visualizations. Ask what you want to understand, then refine and customize the resulting chart in one unified experience. Charts can be saved into the new Custom Charts page.
New Tool can be found in Insights (Menu) > AI Tools > AI Chart Builder (Tab)
Dispatches: Dispatch Outcome Tagging
After an email Dispatch is complete, tag customers by outcomes such as delivered, opened, unsubscribed, or not sent. These tags become available in the customer segment builder, allowing customers to be included or excluded from focused follow-up audiences.
Organization: Organizational Technical and Administrative Contact List
Organizations can now maintain a dedicated contact list for important technical and administrative communications from Redpoint HQ.
Important: We’ve automatically added your existing Administrators to this list. Please review it to make sure the list is accurate and up to date for your organization.
Tickets: Attach Files to Ticket Comments and Emails Sent To Customer
PDF, JPG, and PNG attachments are now supported when creating tickets and replying to existing tickets. Each comment supports up to three files, with a 2 MB limit per file. Files added to public comments are included in customer emails. Internal ticket activity emails sent to staff do not include the attachments; staff can use the ticket link in the email to view them.
Emails: Download Enhanced Email Designs as PDFs
Download the current enhanced email design as a PDF directly from the editor toolbar.
CSV/Excel Export Settings: Export report values as spreadsheet friendly numbers and date
New options in CSV/Excel Export Settings make exported values easier to use in spreadsheet calculations. Currency amounts export as numbers by default—for example, $1,243.40 becomes 1243.40, retaining at least two decimal places. Dates are also exported is spreadsheet friendly values. This currency and date settings are enabled by default with the release.
Optionally, you can also enable conversion for other formatted numbers and percentages: 1,243.40 becomes 1243.4, and 20% becomes 20. These preferences apply to CSV/Excel downloads, emailed report exports, and clipboard copies from reports and grids.
Customers: Friends and Family Before First Login
Friends and Family are now attached directly to the customer rather than their online profile. Staff can add these relationships before the customer has created or logged in to their profile. For example, staff can attach children to a parent before sending the parent an invitation link, giving the family a ready-to-use online profile from their first login. Friends and Family relationships will also persist when the profile login method is deleted.
Schema note: The new friends_and_family table is now the source of truth. Existing relationships are migrated into this table, while matching rows continue to be projected into profiles_to_customers to maintain backwards compatibility. Custom SQL and reports should be updated to read from friends_and_family, as the legacy projection is not the long-term data source. The AI reporting tool has already been updated to examine only the new Friends and Family table.
Calendar: More Ways to View and Navigate Your Calendar
• Four Day view: See four consecutive days starting today and move forward or backward one day at a time. Choosing a date or selecting Today keeps this view open.
• Stacked events: Use “Show Stacked Events” in Week or Four Day view to see each day’s events as a list without the time grid. Double-click a day to open its hourly schedule.
• Easier-to-read overlapping events: Wider, offset cards show more information on busy schedules. Hover over a card or focus it with the keyboard to bring it to the front.
• Predictable event ordering: Events appear chronologically, with simultaneous events sorted by name and matching courses keeping their order across days and refreshes.
• Better starting position: Calendars showing today open near the current time. Other dates open ahead of the earliest timed event. Your chosen scroll position is preserved through refreshes and time interval changes.
• Facility-local time: The current-time indicator and today highlighting follow your facility’s timezone
Tickets: Predefined Ticket Comments Can Include Subjects
Predefined ticket comments can now include an optional ticket subject that will be used for new tickets.
Improvements
API: Customer Segment Check-in Messages
Customer segment alerts can now include a separate customer-facing message for API check-ins, so staff can keep detailed segment information private while customers receive clear guidance.
API: Staff-Facing Check-In Messages in the Admin API
The admin API now returns the same detailed check-in messages staff see in the check-in grid, alongside customer-facing messages. This lets integrations display the full staff diagnostic without exposing it to customers.
Customer Portal: A Better Welcome to Your Account
Profile invitations now open My Account with a mobile-friendly welcome. Choose “Shop or Book at [location]” to visit your home storefront, or “View My Account” to explore your account. The welcome won’t reopen when you press Back.
Customer Portal: Profile Invitations that Match Your Brand
Profile invitation emails now feature your organization’s colors, a clearer subject line, and a prominent account button. A 48-hour expiration notice helps recipients know when to use the link and how to request a new invitation.
Customer Portal: Clearer Guidance for Profile Invitation Links
Invitation links now show an “Accept Invitation” button before setting up your profile and signing you in. This helps prevent email previews and automated link checks from claiming your invitation before you do.
Expired, invalid, or previously claimed invitations explain why the link is unavailable, with options to return home, sign in, or contact your facility for another invitation.
If you’re already signed into the matching profile, accepting an unexpired invitation takes you there. Expired links always show the explanation page.
Available in English, Spanish, French, and German, with descriptive browser titles for invitation errors and sign-in.
Customers: Added Filters to Help Find Customer Bookings Faster
Quickly find a customer’s bookings from the customer record by plan title, or narrow their booking history by start and end dates.
Calendar: Display Sessions As All-Day Events
Sessions starting at midnight with a duration of 23 hours and 59 minutes now appear in the all-day area of the calendar and schedule preview.
Reports: Include Cancelled Classes in Course Report
The Course Summary and Instructor Assignments report now lets you include cancelled classes. Cancelled courses and individual sessions are clearly labelled and show blank attendance. Existing reports continue to exclude cancelled classes unless you enable the option.
Fixes
Contracts: Unified Pricing Order Prevents False Dues Mismatches in Dues Review
Enrollment types were not always sorted by their configured order before unified pricing was processed, which could make dues review intermittently flag contracts for a line-item mismatch. Enrollment types are now sorted before every unified pricing calculation, preventing false line-item mismatch flags caused by enrollment ordering.
Contracts: Question Dropdowns Were Hidden When Booking From the Calendar
When staff booked from the calendar for a course with more than 50 contracts, question dropdowns could appear behind the booking dialog, preventing staff from selecting answers. Closed menus in the contract list were affecting which window appeared on top. Only open menus now affect window order, keeping question choices above the booking dialog in this situation.
Contracts: Prepaid Freeze Invoices When Thawing Imported Memberships
Some prepaid memberships had their end dates extended when thawed without being charged configured freeze dues. The monthly freeze fee was compared with the enrollee’s purchase price, and missing prices—including those on imported memberships—were treated as zero.
The prepaid-only “Always charge prepaid freeze fees” setting now defaults on for new and existing plans, so future thaws charge configured, prorated freeze dues independently of purchase price. Turning it off retains the previous comparison. Custom freeze fees and $0 waivers still apply; recurring memberships are unchanged.
Contracts: Staff Bookings Now Respect Unassigned Enrollment Slots
Creating and editing passes and memberships required a customer in every slot, even when the plan allowed unassigned enrollments. These forms now honor the plan setting, allowing staff to reserve slots without assigning customers.
Program edits and plan changes also follow the applicable plan setting. When saving an edit, missing required customer assignments highlight the Customers tab.
Contracts: Expiration Dates for Automatically Applied Promotions
When staff created a recurring membership, automatically applied promotions defaulted to “Expires: never.” Promotions with an expiration rule now display and save the configured recurring expiration.
Products: Simple Product Price Cleanup
Saving a simple product now repairs broken pricing left by an outdated hidden price. The product’s default price takes effect while facility-specific prices remain unchanged.
Cart: Fixed Payment Reversal Issue for Stripe and Windcave
Reports: Private Report Download Notifications
Report download messages were previously visible to anyone using the seat, while opening the report required the PIN of the staff member who requested it. Now the message is hidden too and appears only for the staff member who requested the report.
Reports: Load Customers from Dues Posting Errors
Use Load Customers in the Dues Posting Errors report to open a customer list of the contract holders matching your report filters, making it easier to follow up on dues posting issues.
Customer Portal: Stripe Checkout After Balance Changes
Stripe payments could not be completed after store credit or another checkout update changed the card payment amount because the payment form still referenced the earlier balance. The form now refreshes for the updated card amount, allowing the payment attempt to continue.
Customer Portal: Online Profile History in the Audit Log
New online profiles now create an audit entry showing when they were created and which customer record they were originally linked to. Friends and Family changes now appear in the owning customer’s history under Update Customer.
Customer Portal: Kiosks Stay Verified After Sign-In Errors
Kiosks could unexpectedly lose verification when a customer’s sign-in request failed. Connection problems and other sign-in errors no longer remove kiosk verification, saving staff from having to verify the device again.
Dashboard: Daily Dashboard Restored for Partial Facility Access
Staff with dashboard access to some—but not all—facilities could see historical charts while the daily membership, check-in, and sales overview disappeared. Certain facility permission combinations produced a list the dashboard could not read. The permitted facilities are now presented as a complete list, preventing the daily overview from disappearing.
Customers: Customer Exports No Longer Fail When Marketing Preference Is Omitted
Customer list exports could fail when customer details were selected without the Do Not Mail column because the export still attempted to format that omitted preference. Exports now process marketing preferences only when that column is included, allowing selected customer details to download without interruption.
ACH Billing: Automatic Billing Resumes at Zero Balance - Edge Case Fixed
Automatic billing could intermittently remain paused when a customer’s balance reached zero but a new charge appeared before the daily account check. Billing now resumes as soon as an opted-in customer reaches zero, preventing later activity from leaving the customer in Manual Billing. Customer history/ Audit Log also records why billing was paused or resumed.
Two audit-log messages were added:
• Automatic billing paused because an ACH payment declined
Appears when an ACH payment is declined and automatic billing is paused because the customer still has a balance due and uses a bank account as their default payment method.
• Automatic billing resumed: account balance is zero
Appears when an opted-in customer’s balance reaches exactly zero and the system removes the Manual Billing hold. It also appears when daily maintenance repairs an eligible customer whose balance update bypassed the normal recalculation process.
Promos: Fixed Promo Codes Keep Readable Hyphens
Fixed promo codes previously removed every hyphen when saved because readable formatting was treated like generated-code separators. Fixed codes can now retain up to two hyphens
Z-Out: Fixed Coin Totals When Counting Cash in French Currency Z-Outs
French number formatting could cause coin denominations to lose their cents, understating cash drawer totals.
Check-in: Prevent Missing-Photo Alerts from Unfinished Purchases
Customers could unexpectedly receive a missing-photo alert because an unfinished membership purchase counted toward the photo requirement, even when hidden from their Memberships tab. Draft purchases are now excluded, preventing these alerts until a matching purchase is finalized.
Segments: Fixed Count Filters for Customers with No Matching Records
Filters such as “exactly 0” and “fewer than 2” excluded customers with no qualifying contracts, enrollments, check-ins, or purchases because an empty count was treated as missing. Count filters now treat no matches as zero, so these results include customers with no qualifying records.
Calendar: Schedule Previews No Longer Block Their Own Reserved Asset Time
Editing a schedule that reserved asset time could show its own sessions as unavailable because the preview treated that reservation as a conflict. Previews now exclude the schedule’s own reservation, preventing false conflicts. Asset reservation labels and help text are also clearer.
