Features
Customer Portal: Control Middle Name Collection in the Storefront
Organizations can now choose whether customers are prompted for a middle name during checkout, enrollment, waitlist, and profile creation. Existing middle names remain visible and editable when appropriate.
Manage > Organization & Facility Settings > Storefront Settings - Organization > General
Customer Portal: Marketing Email Preferences Now Track Explicit Customer Consent
Customer marketing preferences can now distinguish between Subscribed, Unsubscribed, and Unanswered. Customers who have not answered remain protected from marketing email until they explicitly subscribe.
Existing live organizations retain their current two-state behavior until unanswered preference tracking is enabled in Customer Settings. Organizations that are not yet live have been automatically opted in. An organization administrator must enable it deliberately for live organizations because introducing a third preference state may require updates to custom reports, segments, or API integrations. Enabling it does not alter existing customer data and cannot be reversed. The legacy behavior will be deprecated on January 1st, 2027, and every organization must enable unanswered preference tracking by then.
The facility marketing email settings have been clarified and expanded. The checkbox meaning, translated customer prompt, and initial checked state are now easier to understand and configure.
Once unanswered preference tracking is enabled, additional facility settings become available. These settings can limit consent collection to selected plans, avoid repeatedly asking customers who are already subscribed, and ensure selected plans always show the question when a fresh choice is important.
Customer segments can now target any combination of subscribed, unsubscribed, and unanswered customers. Existing saved Do Not Mail segments retain their intended behavior, while customer grids, downloads, campaign simulations, duplicate comparisons, and storefront engagement reports display unanswered preferences clearly.
Marketing campaigns, automated campaigns, scheduled marketing email, and other consent-aware delivery paths now send only to explicitly subscribed customers. The Admin API retains its existing Boolean field for compatibility and adds the precise status, while CPX uses the new status throughout.
Customer Portal: More Flexible Mobile Dashboard
Staff can now filter the mobile dashboard by facility and choose from preset or custom date ranges, making it easier to review the right performance data wherever they’re working.
Products: Purchase Order Exports Show Complete Product Details
PDF and XLS purchase order exports now include both the current product description and the saved order description when they differ, making customized line items easier to identify.
When using an item (such as a special order item), if the staff person puts in a custom description this is not shown on the PO.
Base the PO description on the "Description" field, not the "Product"
Segments: Generate Segment Custom SQL with AI, Right in the Segment Builder
Create, refine, and validate custom SQL conditions with AI directly within the Segment Builder, then apply the result without interrupting your workflow.
Segments: Understand Customer Segments at a Glance
The Customer Segment Builder now provides an AI-generated plain-language summary of who is included.
Segments: Easier Targeting by Contract Lifecycle Events
A new Contract Lifecycle Event condition makes it easier to find customers based on contract activations, freezes, terminations, and prepaid conclusions, with optional filters to precisely refine the audience.
Segments: Build Customer Segments from Email Lists
Paste up to 1,000 email addresses into the segment builder to quickly target exact customers.
Segments: Quickly Set Relative Date Ranges
Segment date filters now include a quick-set option for selecting a single day or range of days in the past or future, making common relative date conditions faster and easier to configure.
Dashboard: Check-In Insights at a Glance
A new dashboard widget makes it easy to review check-ins by facility in three ways: a detailed visit list, badge totals, or an hourly badge timeline. Messages, alert levels, and course check-ins are included where relevant, with a mobile-friendly experience and the main app.
Mobile Dashboard: Detailed Sales at a Glance
View itemized daily sales directly from the dashboard, including purchase time, customer, description, quantity, and total.

Fixes
Customer Portal: Smoother Agreement Video Playback
Agreement videos now recover smoothly from brief streaming interruptions, especially in Safari, without repeatedly jumping or stalling. Playback protections remain in place so viewers still watch the required video in order.
Customer Portal: Booking Dates Now Visible on Mobile
Booking dates now appear in the mobile bookings list, making it easier to distinguish bookings with the same name, facility, and status.
Contracts: Existing Overbooking No Longer Blocks Capacity Overrides
Updating a booking for an already overbooked course incorrectly treated the existing over-capacity participants as needing additional overrides. The update now checks only the participants being booked, allowing eligible waitlisted customers with “Override Capacity” enabled to proceed.
Automations: Consistent Friendly Name for Automated Emails
Automated marketing emails now retain the correct facility friendly name when queued or scheduled, even if those settings are updated before delivery.
Automations: Customer Selection for Email Previews
Email previews now require you to select a customer, ensuring the preview and test email use the intended customer’s details and home facility.
Tickets: Prevent Ticket Email Loops
Ticket notifications now avoid sending messages to facility-owned email addresses, preventing unwanted replies from feeding back into the ticket queue.
