Organizations can now choose which language new storefront visitors see first, independently of their primary content language. Returning visitors keep their saved language preference, and storefront defaults remain aligned with enabled languages.

Gift Cards: Gift Card Purchase Bonuses

Offer tiered fixed-dollar or percentage bonuses on gift card purchases. Customers can clearly see what they’ll pay, the bonus they’ll receive, and the gift card’s final value throughout checkout.

Customer Portal: Complete Multiple Kiosk Contracts Across Tabs

Verified kiosks can now start contracts in separate tabs and complete them one by one without losing verification after the first contract is finished.

Customers: Customer Benefit Grid Filter Improvements

The customer Benefits tab now defaults to active benefits, keeping concluded, inactive, archived, and voided rows out of the initial view. Staff can include History or Archived & Voided rows when needed, and can filter the list to a specific amenity.

New Status, Ref, and Dates columns show whether a benefit is usable, its source contract reference number, and the contract start and end dates. This makes it easier to distinguish similar benefits and find the relevant contract without opening individual rows.

Plans: Correct Benefit Facility Labels in Plan Configuration

Benefits limited to the contract facility now display “Contract Facility” in both the plan question option and contract custom property benefit grids.

Storefronts: Clearer Kiosk Setup and Verification Guidance

In Build > Storefronts, Staff now receive clear kiosk setup and verification guidance, including why verification matters, the same-facility requirement, step-by-step instructions, and links to additional help. Instructions automatically open when no kiosks have been configured.

AI Report Builder: Smarter AI Report Builder

The AI report builder received a major intelligence upgrade, helping it understand requests more deeply and produce more polished report drafts

Check-In Chart: Check-In Charts Now Support Gate Filtering

Check-in count charts can now be filtered and stacked by gate, making it easier to compare traffic across entrances while preserving historical gate activity.

Ticket: Bulk Delete for Blocked Incoming Emails

Users can now select multiple blocked incoming emails and delete them in one action. The system confirms the deletion, processes it in the background, and shows progress in Updates while still allowing deleted emails to be restored from Incoming Emails: All.

Customer Portal: Fixed an Online Change Order Bug

Fixed a bug where online Change Orders for recurring plans without a startup fee could intermittently show a system notice.

Customer Portal: Booking ID Participant Eligibility

Fixed an edge case where a participant added by Booking ID could occasionally miss an enrollment eligibility check. Participant requirements now apply consistently, including any required supporting documents.

Customer Portal: Recurring Pricing Stays Current After Order Changes

Returning to checkout after changing an order now refreshes recurring pricing correctly, preventing false pricing mismatch errors during purchase.

Customer Portal: Multi-Location Storefronts Display Replacement Fields Correctly

Storefronts available at multiple facilities could display replacement fields using details from the wrong facility. Facility names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses now match the location where the storefront is being viewed.

Settings: Meta Pixel Event Settings Stay Editable

Meta Pixel event settings now remain available after you add a Pixel ID, so you can turn event tracking on or off when needed.

Promotions: Staff Promotion Selection Is Hidden for Amenity Promotions

Amenity promotion forms no longer show the “Show in staff promotion selection window” setting, since that setting was not used.

Contracts: Prepaid Enrollment Thaws No Longer Show a System Error

Opening the individual thaw option for a prepaid enrollment now loads the available thaw dates instead of showing a system error.

Calendar: Calendar Capacity Summaries Now Match Booking Details
