Features
Products: Vendor Default Terms for Purchase Orders
Vendors can now save default purchase order terms, so new and bulk-created purchase orders start with the right terms automatically. If terms are already selected, they’ll be preserved, with a clear warning when they differ from the vendor default.
Products/Settings: Default Ship-To Address for Purchase Orders
Facilities can now set a default purchase order ship-to address. New purchase orders will start with that address automatically, while existing and duplicated purchase orders keep their saved shipping details.
Improvements
Customers: Filter Online Profiles by Creation Date
You can now narrow the Customers > Online Profiles list to profiles created within a selected date range, making it easier to review and export signups from a specific day or period.
Fixes
Reporting: Permissions Reports are Now More Reliable
The Roles to Permissions report now handles broad roles more accurately, so teams can trust that assigned permissions appear correctly even for roles with many permissions.
Embeds: 'Contact Us' Embeds Now Resize Correctly
The generated Contact Us embed code now uses the correct iframe behavior, so Contact Us forms resize more reliably when added to a website. This helps prevent awkward scrolling or clipped form content for embedded Contact Us pages.
Localization: Clearer Cash Change Rounding Settings
Cash change rounding settings now show the exact rounding amount, such as $0.05 or $0.10, instead of using coin names: 'Nickel and Dime'. This makes the setting clearer for all users, especially outside the U.S.
Reporting: Weekly Date Ranges Now Follow Your Start-of-Week Setting
Weekly date shortcuts like “This Week,” “Next Week,” and “Last Week” now respect your organization’s configured first day of the week. If your setup starts weeks on Monday, reports and filters using these shortcuts will now select Monday–Sunday ranges by default.
Automations: Fixed Duplicate Blocking for Separate Email Automations
Fixed an issue where one automated email could incorrectly prevent another separate automation from sending to the same customer on the same day. Duplicate protection still prevents repeat sends from the same automation, but now correctly allows different automations to send when they each apply.
