Features
Purchase Orders: Purchase Order Grid Bulk Actions
The purchase order grid now makes it easier to find and manage multiple purchase orders at once. Users can search by purchase order reference, select rows directly in the grid, download selected purchase orders in bulk, and delete multiple purchase orders with a review step that clearly shows which ones can or cannot be removed.
In Products > Manage Products > Stock Control (Tab) > Purchase Orders
Purchase Orders: Bulk Purchase Orders from Reorder Recommendations
Create purchase orders in bulk directly from the inventory reorder grid. Review suggested POs grouped by vendor or facility, exclude anything you don’t want to create, spot open PO warnings before committing, and confirm the exact batch count before generation starts.
In Products > Manage Products > Reorder Grid
Plans: Staff Warnings for Plan Questions
Create rules that notify or alert staff when specific contract or enrollment answers are selected. Warnings are saved with signed documents, helping staff consistently spot important customer details during review.
In Build (Menu) > Plans > Select a Plan > Questions (Spoke) > Staff Warnings (Tab)
Plans: Customer Markup Sections Within Plan Questions
Staff can now add, translate, and reorder helpful content between contract and enrollment questions. Customers see guidance exactly where it is needed during checkout, with the same content preserved in final contract documents.
In Build (Menu) > Plans > Select a Plan > Questions (Spoke) > Questions (Tab) > Add Customer Display
Replacement Fields: Recurring Contract Billing Summaries in Customer Emails
Customer emails can now include a clear billing summary for all of a customer’s current recurring contracts, including participants, dues, current billable dues, and billing frequency. This helps annual renewal and continuous service notices give families the contract details they need in one place.
How it Works
Include a new email replacement field: {{customer_recurring_contracts_billing_summary}}
When an email is sent to a customer, that field is replaced with a billing summary for the customer’s current recurring contracts.
The summary includes: Public Plan Name, Participants, Dues, Current Billable Dues (When Different), Billing Frequency
It only includes contracts where the recipient is the contract holder. It excludes non-recurring contracts, ended/cancelled contracts, and contracts where the recipient is only an enrolled participant.
There is no ability to format the result.
Here is an example for a contract holder with two recurring memberships:
And two recurring memberships and a freeze.
New Charts
Charting: New Standard Chart for First Visit Customer Trends
You can now chart customers by the date of their first visit, making it easier to understand when people are actually starting their relationship with your business. The chart supports date ranges, daily/monthly/yearly views, and facility filtering, with an option to break results out by facility.
In Insights (Menu) > Charting > Standard Charts > Customers (Dropdown) > First Time Customers
Improvements
Replacement Fields: Customer Addresses in Message Templates
You can now add a customer’s address to message templates using {{customer_address_line}} for a single-line address or {{customer_address_block}} for a formatted address block. This makes it easier to include clear mailing or delivery details in customer communications.
Grids: Easier Navigation Through Long Grid Results
Large grids now include pagination controls at the bottom of the results, so you can move between pages or change how many rows are shown without scrolling back to the top.
Fixes
Plans: Plan Question Defaults Duplicate Correctly
Duplicated plans now preserve each plan question’s default answer accurately, including questions intentionally configured with no default answer.
