Promotions: Automatic Promotion Codes for Contract Purchases

Contract promotions can now attach themselves automatically during purchase when the selected plan, dates, and storefront settings all line up. Staff can set the exact promotion code to apply and control when it should appear.

This makes pricing more consistent for memberships and programs, reduces manual promo-code entry, and keeps promotions in sync as customers change their contract start date.

Customer Portal: Help Text when Selecting End Dates for Frozen Prepaid Memberships

Frozen prepaid memberships now give customers clearer end date expectations. When a frozen prepaid membership’s final end date will be calculated after thawing, the membership detail page now says so directly, reducing confusion about open-ended freezes.

Check-in: More Accurate Check-In Balance Alerts

Past due balance alerts at check-in now only appear for relevant plan connections, such as programs, passes, and memberships. Agreements no longer trigger these alerts, so staff can focus on balances that matter for check-in decisions.

Contracts: Clearer Billing Day Messages

Contract updates now explain exactly why a billing day does not match the plan or facility settings. Instead of a generic mismatch message, staff will see the current billing day, the expected billing day, and a clear next step to edit the contract’s billing cycle before continuing.
