Viewing, Printing, or Emailing a Waiver Attachment

Redpoint makes it easy to access and share signed waivers directly from the customer record. Follow the steps below to view, print, or email a waiver attachment.

Accessing the Waiver Attachment

  1. Navigate to the Customer Record
  2. Select the Agreements tab
  3. Locate the relevant agreement and click Expand
  4. Under Attachments, click View

This will open a PDF version of the signed waiver.
 

Viewing the Waiver

Click View to open the document in PDF format.


 

Printing or Exporting the Waiver

Once the PDF is open:

  1. Click the blue Export button
  2. Select either:
    • Export to PDF (to download a copy), or
    • Print (to send directly to a printer)


 

Emailing the Waiver

You can also send the waiver directly to the customer:

  1. Click Email Contract
  2. The document will be sent to the email address associated with the customer’s profile

 

Troubleshooting Formatting Issues

Ensure that your attachment has been formatted to fit the dimensions of a standard printer. If you are encountering formatting issues, select the appropriate layout for your printer from the print menu.
