Redpoint makes it easy to access and share signed waivers directly from the customer record. Follow the steps below to view, print, or email a waiver attachment.
Accessing the Waiver Attachment
- Navigate to the Customer Record
- Select the Agreements tab
- Locate the relevant agreement and click Expand
- Under Attachments, click View
This will open a PDF version of the signed waiver.
Viewing the Waiver
Click View to open the document in PDF format.
Printing or Exporting the Waiver
Once the PDF is open:
- Click the blue Export button
- Select either:
- Export to PDF (to download a copy), or
- Print (to send directly to a printer)
Emailing the Waiver
You can also send the waiver directly to the customer:
- Click Email Contract
- The document will be sent to the email address associated with the customer’s profile
Troubleshooting Formatting Issues
Ensure that your attachment has been formatted to fit the dimensions of a standard printer. If you are encountering formatting issues, select the appropriate layout for your printer from the print menu.
