Our Platform. Your Vision.

v1.3.520 - April 27, 2026

Features

Segments: Reuse Existing Segments in the Segment Builder

You can now import an existing customer segment directly from the segment builder.

Use the new Import Segment button to quickly find segments with search/filter support, preview key details, and bring one in as a starting point. When you import, your current builder is replaced with a copy of the selected segment, so the original segment stays unchanged.

Contracts: Smarter Enrollment Customer Picking

When filling an enrollment slot, staff can now see customers related to the contract holder right inside the customer picker on a new tab for Related Customers. This tool makes it faster to find the right person for family or shared-account enrollments, while still keeping the contract holder shortcut available only when it makes sense.

AI Report Builder: Try Our New AI Report Builder Model Preview

AI Report Builder defaults to our stable standard model for reliable day-to-day use, but you can optionally switch to a faster experimental model in the chat screen.  The results of this new model have not been tuned yet, and we welcome any feedback.

Improvements

Calendar: Asset Scheduling and Blocking Dependency Guidance

Asset schedule settings are now easier to understand and manage, with clearer explanations for filter modes, time windows, and blocking dependencies right where schedules are configured. The asset schedule list is also cleaner, making it easier to add, review, and remove schedule filters.

Calendar: Waitlist Contacts Are Easier to Reach

In the waitlist view, the customer who added someone to the list is now clickable just like other customer names, so staff can quickly open their contact details when they need to follow up.

Customers: Cleaner Customer Merges

When two customer records are connected to the same contract, Redpoint now explains what needs to be fixed before the records can be merged. Staff will see the specific contract involved and a direct help link, instead of running into a technical error during the merge.

Customers: Agreement Validation Now Surfaces Everyone Faster

After validating an agreement, the full group tied to it is easier to find right away. Everyone on that agreement now appears in the workstation’s recent customer list, making follow-up steps at the front desk quicker and more seamless.

Contracts: Allow voiding of enrollments on voided contracts

We also made it easier to finish cleanup on already-voided contracts, even if the enrollment was never manually terminated first. Staff get a warning before removing an enrollment from a voided contract, including whom it affects, and that the action cannot be undone.

Contracts: Find Pending Contract Attachments by DOB

Staff can now filter the contracts pending validation window by date of birth, making it easier to quickly find the right customer attachment when reviewing validation items.

POS: Discount All Items button in the POS now requires Apply Discounts permission

Front Desk: Easier Dues Corrections at Front Desk

Front desk staff can now add the same service product as a separate cart line item by holding Shift and clicking the product instead of being forced to combine it into the existing quantity. This new hotkey allows making exchanges, membership dues corrections, and similar adjustments much easier to handle in a single transaction.

Front Desk: Improved PIN Entry

PIN entry now behaves more cleanly at the front desk, helping prevent password managers and browser extensions from trying to autofill the field while staff enter their PIN.

Emailed Reports: Smarter Delivery for Auto-Emailed Reports

Auto-Emailed report emails can now send a secure 7-day download link instead of attaching large files directly in the message. This keeps report emails lighter and easier to deliver, especially for high-volume reports, while still giving recipients quick access to the full CSV data.

Reports: Gift Card Balance Reports Can Now Be Scheduled by Email

You can now set the “Gift Cards - Balances As Of Date” report to send automatically by email, so teams can get up-to-date balance snapshots on a schedule without running the report manually.

Gift Cards: More Control Over Gift Card Reloading

You can now choose whether gift cards can be reloaded after their first sale at each facility.

New Setting can be located In Manage (Menu) > Organization & Facility Settings > Facility (Dropdown) > Point of Sale (Dropdown) > Options > Prevent Gift Cards from being reloaded after first sale (Checkbox)

This new Point of Sale option is off by default, so your current workflow stays the same until you turn it on.

If enabled, staff can still sell and redeem gift cards, but cards cannot be reloaded once they’ve been sold the first time.

Fixes

Calendar: Schedule Resource Blocking Updates

Schedule resource dependencies now update more reliably when blocking settings change, keeping course availability aligned with the latest resource rules.

Calendar: Blocking Schedules Stay Visible

Schedules that reserve shared asset time now stay visible while still blocking overlapping schedules that use the same asset. This keeps the intended schedule on the calendar and prevents other courses from taking that reserved time.

Calendar: Better Schedule Updates for Shared Assets

When a course schedule starts blocking time on a shared asset, other schedules using that asset are now automatically queued for refresh. This helps calendars stay accurate when asset conflicts change, so teams see updated course availability without extra manual steps.

POS: Charge Card on File will Update Last Used Date

Tendering payments from the POS using Card on File will now correctly update last used payment date

Z-Out: Edge-Case Fix for Daily Register Counts

Previously, negative payment-source totals could appear as $0 in z-out counts, so daily register reconciliation now reflects those cases correctly.

Customers: Safer and Cleaner Customer Merges

Redpoint now catches customer merges that would cause a system notice because the surviving customer cannot be their own Primary Guardian. Staff can confirm when the guardian relationship was entered by mistake, and Redpoint will remove it before completing the merge.

Staff will also be guided to choose which Custom Attributes to keep when both records have different entries. This keeps merged customer records cleaner and avoids extra confirmation steps when resolving old duplicate attribute data.

Charts: Fixed Chart Displays in the Online Profile to Accommodate Time Zones
