Data Access: Self-Serve Database Snapshot Downloads
Admins can now request daily database snapshots directly in:
Manage (Menu) > Organization & Facility Settings > Utilities (dropdown) > Database
to receive a secure download link by email when the file is ready. Access is protected with admin verification and limited to approved email addresses, giving teams tighter control over who can retrieve backups

Calendar: Show Customer Attributes in course check-in grid
Staff can now choose which customer attributes to show in the course check-in grid. Alerted attributes stay in their usual spot, while any additional selected customer attributes appear at the end of the grid for quick reference during check-in.
Calendar: Display Contract and Customer notes in calendar check-in for quick reference
Course check-in now makes important customer context easier to spot. Staff can see contract and customer note previews directly in the notes column, open the full note history when needed, and quickly identify customers with alerted notes before checking them in.
Fixes
Calendar: Switching to focus mode now preserves checkboxes
Switching into Focus Mode during course check-in now keeps existing check-ins selected, so staff can expand the view without losing track of who is already checked in.
Customer Portal: Invoice Items Now Display Correctly on iPhone
Invoice details are easier to review on iPhone, with line items now appearing as expected so users can confirm charges without switching devices.
