Windcave Integration: Setting Up Credentials (INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ONLY)

Windcave is not available to North American customers

 

Account Verification

Prior to receiving credentials, the customer will receive two separate emails and requests to verify test transactions in their bank account. 

  • These are two different verification steps and can add about a week to credentials being issued.
  • The email will come from Provisioning@windcave.com.
  • The amount will show up 1-3 days after the email is received.
  • Once received, they will follow the instructions on the email verifying that the amounts were received.

 

Credentials

Customer will receive up to 2-3 emails with required credentials after transactions are verified:

Email 1: REST API Login

This email is used to login and create the API Credentials they need for Redpoint HQ

Items needed for Redpoint

  • REST API Username: (in email)
  • REST API Key: (created by logging in with instructions below)

Please note the Rest API Key will be called "API Key" and can only be accessed using the Rest user and via the "My User" Tab


 

Email 2: HIT Credentials

This email is contains the HIT credentials needed for Redpoint HQ

Items needed for Redpoint

  • HIT User Name: (ScrHITUserId - in email)
  • HIT Key: (ScrHITKey - in email)

Enter Windcave Credentials

Manage > Org & Facility Settings > Payment Sources

Contact support@redpointhq.com if you do not see the option for WindCave

  • Add/ Edit Payment Source: Windcave
  • Enter Credentials (as described above)


 

Address Verification Mode: Leave this off, it is only for US transactions
