Bulk Invoicing: Generate bulk invoices and credits to a customer segment.

In Manage (Menu) > Organization and Facility Settings > Utilities (Dropdown) > Bulk Invoicing

As outlined in the 'fine print' for the feature, generated invoices can be undone, but paid invoices cannot!

Segments: Added Count and Load buttons to the Customer Segments builder.

This quality of life add will make it easier to populate customer counts and lists based on segment conditions, directly from the customer segment builder.

Improvements

Dispatches: Improved handling of Dropped Emails.

Enhanced SendGrid “dropped” webhook processing to better evaluate and classify events, conditionally marking addresses as Do Not Mail or Bounced where appropriate. Previously, dropped emails were automatically retried.

Reports: Fast Data Table (Beta)

Introduced a new Fast Data Table viewer that bypasses previous row limits, allowing large reports to load directly in the browser. This feature is currently available as a toggle while we continue testing, and will become the default report viewer in a future release.

When generating reports > Fast Data Table (Toggle) visible near the top right of the report.

Plans: Optionally display expired badges.

In Plan settings 'Big Edit' > General (Tab) > Show Expired Badges (Toggle)
