Check-in: Exclude Customer Segments from missing payment method alerts
To remove unnecessary alerts at check-in, a customer segment can be excluded from missing payment method alerts. Possible examples for usage include entities who pay with an external payment method or school groups that pay an invoice after the event (kids on the school group booking would previously alert because the contract holder has an account balance and no stored payment method).
Plans: Hide position from online waitlist entries
Added a toggle In Online Waitlist Settings to hide waitlist position when viewing Bookings from the Customer Portal.
When editing the Waitlist settings for a course in:
Build > Plans > Plan List (Tab) > Configuration (Tab) > Booking Limits (Spoke) > 'Edit' Booking Limits Spoke > Waitlist (Tab) > Online Waitlist (Radio Option) > Toggle 'Off' to hide waitlist position from customers:
A waitlist position is no longer displayed allowing for a first-come, first-serve approach.
Improvements
Calendar: Clicking a session on the calendar now opens that particular session
Previously, the window always opened to the first session in the future. The session is also now included in the URL meaning you can share a link to a particular session in a long-running course.
Calendar: Removed permission to view Manage Course window from Calendar
The Access Manage Course permission has been removed. This permission allowed staff to click on an event in the calendar and view contracts/check-ins/enrollments.
A new Send Course Emails permission has been introduced to control who can email course participants and waitlists. All users who previously had Access Manage Course have automatically been granted the new Send Course Emails permission.
Customer Portal: The Customer Portal now shows up to 1000 courses per month
Allow the customer to view up to 1000 future courses per plan per month on the calendar when viewing from the Customer Portal. Previously the limit was 500, now it loads them in multiple requests at 200 per request.
Segments: Improved segment configuration load performance
Invoices: Void contract cancellation credit invoices with clearer guidance
Previously, if an invoice was created from contract cancellation, it was not possible to void the invoice. This is now possible, with a confirmation informing of the standard practice to use Restore Contract to undo the cancellation and invoice as one operation.
User Interface: Trailing Two Weeks added as option in all date range filters
Fixes
Customer Portal: Fixed an issue where clicking the logo on the sign-in page inside a light box could lead to a blank page.
Replacement Fields: Contract holder replacement fields were incorrect for enrollment status templates
Some contract holder replacement fields for enrollment status templates used the enrollment customer instead of the contract holder. They now correctly use the contract holder's customer information.
Contracts: Incorrectly flagged some contracts as invalid in Invalid Contracts
