Features

 

ACH Billing Discounts: New facility level setting for discounting recurring dues when using ACH billing (US Only).

Added the ability to create conditional discounts based on saved billing-type, to incentivize using ACH (Direct Debit) for recurring payments.

In Manage (Menu) > Organization and Facility Settings > Facility (Dropdown) > Billing > Toggle to Enable ACH/Direct Debit Discount on Posted Dues

 

Emails/ACH/Promotion: Ability to add promotions and email sections based on ACH billing method (US Only).

Added the ability to create promotions and condition sections that appear in new contract emails based on billing-type, to incentivize using ACH (Direct Debit) payments.

When configuring an email for a New Contract, there is a new Section Display Condition for if the customer has ACH/DirectDebit applied as their payment method.

 

Customers: New setting to place guardian contact info on customers.

Added a new setting to Agreement Plans to save guardian contact information on the customer record of the participant.

In Build (Menu) > Plans > Plan List (Tab) > Agreements (Tab) > Edit/New Agreement > General (Tab) *Scroll Down > New Toggle 'Assign Contract Holder Info (Email + Phone) to all Enrollments'

A global setting has also been added to overwrite data from previous agreements and bulk-update contact info.

In Manage (Menu) > Organization and Facility Settings > Utilities (Dropdown) > Backfill Minor Contact Info

 

Customers: New setting on Agreements to define primary guardian for minors.

In Build (Menu) > Plans > Plan List (Tab) > Agreements (Tab) > Edit/New Agreement > General (Tab) *Scroll Down > New Toggle 'Set contract holder as Primary Guardian of any enrollments below age of majority'

The Primary Guardian Customer will be displayed at the top of the Customer Record of the minor, and can be edited from the newly added 'Primary Guardian' Tab on the Customer Record:

Global settings can be defined per-facility for specifying age ranges of the majority In Manage (Menu) > Organization and Facility Settings > Facilities (Dropdown) > General > Age of Majority Field:

A tool has also been added to back-fill this customer information in-bulk on relevant plans In Manage (Menu) > Organization and Facility Settings > Utilities (Dropdown) > Backfill Primary Guardian:

New Checkboxes have been added to Customer Record Columns, for exporting the Customer List, within customer segments to display this new information for Primary Guardians:

 

Settings: Added the ability to duplicate custom email replacement fields.

This feature makes it easier to make small changes to existing replacement fields without having to build them again from scratch.

 

AI: Benefit Ledger Reporting Added to the AI Report Builder.

The AI Report Builder now recognizes benefit ledger entries, enabling reporting on all benefit credits, debits, and current balances.

 

Customer Portal: Custom Policy text for Accepted Cards.

A new customizable text field has been added to the Customer Portal, allowing facilities to clearly communicate their accepted card policies during online checkout to ensure customers have upfront clarity on payment options.

Retail: Multi-select product variants when receiving items/products.

Added the ability to multi-select product variants when processing item receipts, streamlining workflows for populating products with multiple variants.

When processing items receipts via the Products module, you will now be prompted with a window allowing you to add multiple variants at once, when previously they needed to be added individually.

 

 

Improvements

 

Products: Allow editing the date of Adjustments created from Inventory Counts.

 

Plans: Added a warning message if changing plan billing settings when there are existing contracts on that plan.

 

Gift Cards: Added an initial value column to Gift Cards grid.

In Front Desk (Module) > Gift Cards (Tab) > New Column for Initial Value

 

Billing: Payment Methods with pending migration are now excluded from Daily Billing.

Stored payment methods that are in a pending migration state will now be excluded from daily billing runs. While these payment methods will not be charged until the migration is complete, dues will still post as expected. This update helps prevent unnecessary billing failures during data transitions.

 

 

Fixes

 

Dashboard: Improved product table visibility when viewing on mobile.

Fixed an issue where the product table would shrink excessively when viewed on mobile devices.

 

Email Automations: Fixed a local time zone issue that prevented email simulation grid from displaying properly.

Fixed an issue where the simulation grid used UTC dates, causing incorrect results when the UTC day differed from the local day.

 

Customer Portal: Fixed an issue with customer requirement date handling.

Resolved an issue where customer requirements were sometimes evaluated using the contract’s original start date instead of the current date (“now”) when the contract start date was in the past.

 

Storefront: Fixed an issue with storefront embed codes.

Embed codes for a storefront associated with a different facility than the one currently selected were generated incorrectly.

 

Setting: Disallow selecting an agreement or a gift card as a Quick Button option.

 

Plans: Added a help alert that 'Session Join' is required for recurring programs.

Session join is a required setting on recurring programs, so this help alert will help during configuration and prevent overlooking this step.

 

Plans: Fixed an issue where the 'Get Course Link' for recurring programs would sometimes redirect to a past date.

 

Plans: System Notice for Pricing without Enrollment Type.

Resolved an issue where a system notice could appear when quantity rules included an enrollment type with no associated price in pricing details.

 

Segments: System notice when unselecting Customer Badge in segment filters.

Resolved an issue where unselecting a customer badge while viewing a customer segment grid would trigger a system notice. This action now functions correctly without generating any errors.

 

Customers: Voided and Canceled Agreements no longer displayed in the customer sidebar.

Resolved an issue where the customer sidebar continued to show voided or canceled agreements as active due to contracts not refreshing properly.

 

Products: Adjustments from Deleted Inventory Counts are now removable.

Fixed an issue where inventory adjustments generated by deleted Inventory Counts could not be removed.
