Plans: Require a phone number on Agreements.

Added a new toggle in plan configuration settings that allows facilities to require a phone number on agreements.

In Build (Menu) > Plans > Plan List (Tab) > Agreements > Edit Agreement > 'Big Edit' for the Plan > General (Tab) > Require Phone Number (Toggle)

 

Products: Multi-select product variants when creating purchase orders.

Added the ability to multi-select product variants when creating purchase orders, streamlining workflows for populating products with multiple variants.

When transferring or adding products to a purchase order, you will now be prompted with a window allowing you to add multiple variants at once, when previously they needed to be added individually:

Customer Portal: New custom text display for Plans.

Added a new Customer Portal Markup tab within the Plan Presentation settings for Programs, Memberships, and Passes, allowing facilities to optionally display custom text when customers view their booking, membership, or pass in the customer portal.

 

 

Email: Import customers who have chosen Unsubscribe / Do Not Mail.

Added the ability to import a list of customers who have chosen Unsubscribe / Do Not Mail.

In Manage (Menu) > Organization & Facility Settings > Utilities (Dropdown) > Import Unsubscribes / Do Not Mail

 

Improvements

 

Customer Attributes: Alert users when an expiration expression is configured in the wrong direction.

Added a warning message that alerts users when an expiration or last-visit expression is configured in the wrong direction (ex. 'Subtract' instead of 'Add').

 

 

Fixes

 

Products: Deleting an inventory slice now correctly requires only Stock Control permissions.

Dashboard: Product sales table now displays correctly.

Products: Stock control grids now show the Status column first for better visibility.

 

Customers: Rejected attachments now appear with a strikethrough on the Attachments page.

 

Customer Portal: Fixed an error flash when clicking Contact Us.

Resolved an issue that would flash an error message when clicking contact us from the customer portal.

 

Email Templates: Added an alert when using Storefront Replacement Fields, which are not supported for Email Templates.

Storefront Replacement Fields cannot be used for Email Templates.

 

Payment Grids: Removed the Refund action for declined payments.
