Segments: Added a new distance from coordinate condition for customer segments, powered by our geocoded customer addresses. (Currently available in US and Canada ONLY)
This allows you to target customers based on proximity to a location. This is perfect for targeting people who live near a new gym you’re opening, inviting nearby members to a special event, or reaching out to customers who live close to a competitor.
API: You can now list and execute Custom Reports directly from the API, making it easier to integrate reporting into external systems or workflows.
We've added new fields to the API for listing all custom reports as well as executing a selected report. No replacement fields/filters are currently available at this stage. Combined with the SQL Editor in Insights > Labs, we're very excited for the potential this can unlock. For more details see the new API documentation Custom Reports or reach out to Support.
Email: Embedded video support has been added to the email editor.
You can now include video content in your emails, which can be helpful for onboarding walkthroughs, safety videos, or promotional content that’s more engaging than static text and images. Some tips for how to embed videos can be found here.
Report Improvements
Reports: Dues Posting Error and Failed Billing Payments reports now include a Date Range filter.
This allows you to narrow down results to a specific billing cycle, making it easier to investigate issues, reconcile accounts, or review trends.
Reports: Renamed Emailed Reports to Emailed Reports and Alarms.
In Insights (Menu) > Redpoint Insights 'Reports' (Tab) > Manage Emailed Reports & Alarms (Tab)
Along with scheduled reports, you can also get automatic alerts—for example, a notification if there’s a sudden spike in failed payments.
Improvements
Email Automations: For safety, all newly created Email Automations now default to inactive.
This ensures you have the chance to review content, conditions, and recipient lists before any messages are sent, preventing accidental customer communication.
Browse Contracts: Introduced a new, more powerful Browse Contracts tree/grid interface.
In Manage (Menu) > Contracts > Browse (Tab)
This new menu makes it easier to navigate, filter, and manage a grid of customer contracts.
Fixes
Emails: Emails with contents shorter than 25 characters are now considered blank and will not be sent.
This new safeguard insures no unintended emails are sent.
Customers: When using Stripe, the Refund Balance option is now hidden since Stripe doesn’t support this workflow.
This prevents confusion and ensures refunds are processed the right way.
Customers: International phone numbers can now be searched without requiring the country prefix.
Staff can more easily locate customer records regardless of how the number was originally entered.
Calendar: Fixed an issue where using start of week: Monday in Calendar’s week view did not work correctly when viewed on Sundays.
Week views now display as expected across all start-of-week settings.
Contracts: Resolved an issue where altered contracts could not be edited.
Altered contracts can now be reviewed and updated properly.
Check-in: Fixed an error that occurred when checking in a customer using Safari.
