Features

 

Customer Portal: Google Analytics Ecommerce events are now available to track engagement.

You can now connect your Storefront with Google Analytics to track Ecommerce events like product views, cart additions, and completed checkouts. This makes it easier to measure conversion funnels, see where customers drop off, and understand which offerings are driving the most engagement and sales.

In Build (Menu) > Storefronts > Global Settings > Marketing Analytics Plugins > Google Analytics - Send Ecommerce Data (Toggle)

At the moment, only 'purchase' and 'begin_checkout' have been implemented, but more tracking analytics are set to be added in future updates.

 

API: API has been enhanced to include Customer Tags & Email Filtering.

New API mutations have been added: addCustomerTag and deleteCustomerTag, allowing teams to programmatically manage customer tags. Additionally, a new filter has been introduced on the customers list for email, making it easier to query and segment customers directly through the API.

 

 

Improvements

 

Check In: Added a 'Large Font' toggle to the check-in grid for increased visibility.

 

Credit Cards: Stored Payment Management.

For Fiserv/Cardpointe payments, when a customer adds a card that’s already on file, the system now automatically replaces the previous entry. This prevents duplicates and keeps stored payment methods clean and up to date.

 

Auto Emailed Reports: Auto-emailed reports now include a direct link to 'View Customers in Redpoint HQ', making it easy to load and review customer details directly.

 

 

Fixes

 

Plans: Resolved an issue that resulted in the 'OK' button being incorrectly disabled when importing from catalog.

 

Segments: resolved an issue that resulted in datetime filter in some segment conditions adjusted to UTC time on save
