SQL Editor: We’ve added a fully featured SQL editor with a built-in schema explorer to help support building queries for custom reporting.

In Insights (Menu) > Labs > SQL Editor

This feature makes it easier than ever to dig deeper into your data and build custom reports tailored to your business. The schema explorer gives you quick access to key information like customer profiles, check-ins, memberships, contracts, and payments, so you can create reports without needing to know every detail of the database.

 

Storefront Engagement: A new reporting category has been added to Standard Reports to provide deeper visibility into how customers interact with your online storefront.

In Insights (Menu) > Reports > Standard Reports > Marketing (Dropdown) > Storefront Engagement

This feature allows you to analyze engagement metrics across multiple dimensions, including Level of Engagement (such as contract viewed, contract started, or checkout status) and Badge Status.

With these insights, you can:

  • Identify where customers may be dropping off in the sign-up process.

  • Track how effectively your storefront drives conversions.

 

Storefront Engagement – Customer Record: A new Storefront Engagement grid has been added to the Online Profile section of the Customer Record. 

This grid displays a detailed view of a customer’s engagement and activity across both web and facility storefronts. This enhancement allows staff to quickly see how an individual customer has interacted with storefront offerings, providing valuable context for customer support, follow-up, and targeted marketing efforts.

 

 

New Reports

 

Storefront Engagement: Added a new Storefront Engagement marketing report and segment conditions.

View a grid of Customers and their level of engagement with facility storefronts.

 

Reports: A new 'Z-Outs – By Register and Day' Report has been added. 

In Insights (Menu) > Reports > Standard Reports > Accounting (Dropdown) > Z Outs - By Register and Day

This report aggregates daily totals per POS register, making it easier to reconcile transactions, confirm deposits, and review register-level activity. Optimize the reconciliation process by aligning deposits and cash drawer balances with daily activity, while also providing visibility into register-specific performance.

 

 

Improvements

 

Plan Matrix: A new filter option toggle has been added to the Plan Metrics Report that allows you to display results by Enrollment Type.

 

Reporting/Charting: Improved the facility selector within reports and charts to properly indicate if the displayed facilities have been scoped by permission settings.

 

Roles: Added the ability to duplicate roles and their associated permissions settings.

 

 

Fixes

 

Reports: Report filter selections are now automatically retained when a report is reloaded, making it easy to share the exact filtered view with other team members.

 

Tickets: fixed an issue creating a ticket from a blocked email due to email case mismatch

 

Products: Added a warning message if trying to create a product variant without having made variant slots.
