Customer Portal: A customizable, facility-specific, Invoice Header field has been added to Storefront Facility Settings.
In Manage (Menu) > Organization & Facility Settings > Facility (Dropdown) > Storefront Facility Settings
This header will be placed and viewable at the top of every invoice from the online portal.

Customer Portal: A new Global Storefront Setting has been introduced to upload customizable favicon and Apple touch icons.
In Build (Menu) > Storefronts > Storefronts 'Global Settings' (Tab) > Organization Images
This enhancement allows facilities to configure their storefront branding at a global level by adding custom icons that display in browser tabs and on mobile devices when saved to a home screen.
Segments: A new Segment Condition for Lifetime Visits has been added, with options to filter by both historic visits and visits tracked specifically within Redpoint.
This enables more precise audience segmentation, such as targeting long-term loyal customers or identifying members who are newer to the facility, and can be used to create a custom alert to notify staff of visit count.
Contracts: Added a new staff-facing, customizable Contract Related List to specify predefined reasons when rejecting an attachment.
In Manage (Menu) > Organization & Facility Settings > Lists (Dropdown) > Contract Related Lists (Dropdown) > Staff Facing (Dropdown) > Attachment Rejection Reasons
This makes it easier for staff to maintain consistency and transparency by selecting from a set of standardized rejection reasons, rather than entering freeform responses each time.
Calendar: You can now edit the schedule and title for a custom course directly from the calendar.
This allows staff to quickly adjust course details without leaving the calendar view, or deleting the course to start over.
A warning note has also been added, notifying staff that the dates for active contracts on this course will need to be manually altered if editing the schedule directly on the calendar.

Chart: Added new Check-In Metrics chart: 'Avg Revenue Per Visit.'
In Insights (Menu) > Charting > Redpoint Insights 'Charting' (Tab) > Check-Ins (Dropdown) > Avg Revenue Per Visit
This tool helps you better understand the financial impact of each visit to your facility by accounting for all revenue sources tied to visits, providing a precise per-visit value. Now you can quickly see whether initiatives like day pass deals, retail promotions, or membership pricing adjustments are increasing the value of each customer visit over time.
In this example, we can see that the 'December Membership Special' has had a clear impact for on Average Revenue per Visit for this facility!
Improvements
Customer Portal: Recurring courses are now sorted alphabetically by title when viewed in the Customer Portal.
Customers can now more easily find the course they’re looking for, improving clarity and navigation when multiple recurring courses are offered.
Fixes
Reports: Resolved an issue that returned a pop-up error when selecting 'Show SQL' on a custom report.
Contracts: Resolved an issue where running Dues Review would incorrectly trigger an alert if freezing was disabled but the enrollment had a custom freeze fee assigned.
