Contracts: Added support for applying tax-exempt status to plans/contracts when assigning custom prices or dues.

When editing an item/contract, assigning custom properties, or configuring custom dues pricing, customer dues line items can now be assigned as 'Tax Exempt.'

Existing contracts can be edited from the customer record, by selecting 'View Pass' OR 'Edit Membership' > 'Unlock Price' OR 'Set Custom Dues' > Edit Custom Price.

When configuring tax-exempt plans be careful of add-ons, custom questions, or upsell items that should not inherit the same tax-exempt status. Review tax settings individually to ensure compliance.

Contracts: Resolved an issue where canceling a contract that included a non-zero dollar product required the 'Advanced Edit Fields' permission.

Contracts: Resolved an issue where adding a staff-facing question with pricing to a customer booking triggered a service notice.

Contracts: Modifying the billing cycle for yearly configurations now correctly uses the plan's start date for recurring billing dates.

Segments: Corrected Age Condition logic, 'less than or equal to' was previously evaluated as 'less than.'

Customer Portal: Resolved an issue where the Group Management Profile did not correctly default to the plan name when no public name was set.

Customer Portal: Resolved an issue that prevented adding a stored payment method when using Stripe.

Customer Portal: Resolved an issue that triggered a system notice when attaching an online profile with matching customer records.

Products: Resolved a service notice that occurred when creating an inventory count slice after logging out on a separate tab.

Reports: Predicted Billing report now correctly respects configured start and end dates.

Fix: Date pickers now consistently respect the organization's locale settings.
