Features

 

Customer Portal: Online payments can now be accepted for customers located outside of the United States.

 

Contracts: The Customer Portal now enforces minimum contract length requirements when members attempt to submit a termination request.

Minimum contract length for online terminations can be defined in Termination Terms of Plan settings:

 

Invoices: Invoice notes can now optionally be made public on customer-facing receipts, printed invoices, emailed invoices, and on the Customer Portal.

An invoice note can be made public by adding a '+' before any note on that invoice.

Invoices: Invoices and receipts now support tax-inclusive pricing, providing a clearer experience for customers where tax is included in the charged price.

 

Reports: The Key Memberships Report now include additional filters for Active, Frozen, and Dues statuses for more precise reporting.

Reports: The Plan Enrollment Counts Report now include additional filters for Enrollment Type, making it easier to analyze participation across different plans.

Plans: Added a new section to Termination Terms, allowing facilities to enforce termination restrictions when staff use the terminate button in a contract. Staff with the 'Manual Status Change' permission can override these restrictions when necessary.

 

Customer Portal: Customers on plans with Custom Dues can now submit termination requests directly through the customer portal.

 

Customers: International customer phone numbers are now properly formatted according to localization settings.

 

 

Fixes

Staff: Staff grid now correctly displays and applies active/inactive status filters.

 

Customers: Resolved an issue where the 'Exclude from Manual Billing' permission was incorrectly required when creating a new customer record.

 

Customers: Resolved an issue where creating new customers incorrectly required the 'Exclude from Manual Billing' permission.

 

Contracts: Resolved an issue in the Bulk Pricing Updater where moving a contract from Custom Dues to Plan Pricing could leave the contract in an inconsistent state.

 

Storefronts: Resolved an issue where storefront descriptions were not correctly displaying in the Storefronts grid.

 

Storefronts: Custom URL identifiers now automatically replace spaces with dashes when saved.
