Guest Passes rely on Contract Token Amenities. Once you have made that, proceed with the following.

Guest passes are a pass plan, "sold" to the contract token holder (member) and the guest is the enrollee.  

1. Make the Guest Pass Plan

Build > Plans > Plan List >  Pass Plans

All regular plan building rules apply, and this is a plan you will only sell in gym (contract tokens cannot be used online yet!), so you only need:

• Membership Dates spoke (valid for one day)
  
  
• Benefits Spoke (Grant Facility Access)
  
  
• Pricing Spoke
  • Use Standard Pricing
  • Click Add Range on Enrollment level pricing
  • Add Range > Edit Range and add product with $0 price
  • Add Amenity Token Pricing. Select the:
    -Guest Pass amenity,
    -the quantity needed to "buy" this guest pass
    -Consumption mode set to Required.  
    

Want to restrict to a First Time Guest?

2. Grant the Benefit to your Members

Go to the plan that should have guest passes and grant them on the benefits spoke > Add Benefit

To set a recurring amount per enrollee, use the Enrollee Period Grant. 

Period Contract Grant allows you to grant a total per contact, shared amongst enrollees.  Recurrence can be daily, weekly, Monthly from the 1st, and Yearly

3. Add A Quickbutton at POS  

Go to Manage > Organization & Facility Settings > Quickbuttons > Add Guest pass PLAN.

Test it!

1. Go to the front desk cart and REFRESH to get quickbutton to show

2. Add a customer with that benefit to the cart

3. Member is the contract holder, add the guest as the enrollee

4. Amenity token count - current and after transaction (or insufficient) is shown in the cart

NOTE: can also "sell" a guest pass from the member's customer record > passes tab > new pass button at the top of that tab page.  Save Draft, Open Member in Cart (at top of customer record) to complete.

"Undo" a guest pass purchase

There is no "undo" but you can do the following:

1. Cancel the Guest Pass Contract
2. Give the Member their token back
   Expand the benefit and Edit and void the entry.
