Check-in: Added a separate, customizable sound setting for happy birthday at check-in.

In Manage Menu > Organization & Facility Settings > Check-In Settings

 

Segments: You can now set priority levels and end dates for Alerts created through bulk notes, for increased visibility with important communications.

 

Customer Portal: Added a link to stored payment methods screen when making status changes on recurring contracts.

 

Customer Portal: Added a setting to allow customers to view check-in history from the customer portal.

In Build Menu > Storefronts > Global Settings (Tab) > Check-in History Visible (Toggle)

Once enabled, this setting will populate a new tab on the sidebar of the customer portal displaying check-in history.

 

Sandbox: Allow one-time-password emails to be sent while in sandbox mode.

 

Relative Dates: Added a helpful tip for stacking time expressions when defining relative date ranges.

 

Relative Times: Added a search/filter function when defining relative time methods.

 

Reports: Added a 'Filter by Gate' to the Daily Total Check-In Report.

Report: 'Find Contracts' Grid now available as a report.

You can now use the Find Contracts grid as a report. Easily filter by contract type, status, and date ranges—and set up automated emails. Perfect for tracking freezes, expirations, upcoming renewals, and other contract activity.

 

Tickets: Ticket comments now automatically include relevant contract and plan names, in the Red box, providing greater context for support when reviewing customer interactions.

 

Fixes

Refunds: Added a pop-up note for refund transactions if payment exceeds maximum time range as defined by payment providers.

 

Customer Portal: Updated one-time-password options to display only U.S. and Canadian phone numbers in the sign-in modal and verified contact method list.

 

Customer Portal: 'Get Course Link' from calendar now correctly auto-selects the intended date.

 

Segments: 'Age' column within Customer Lists now properly sorts.

 

Reports: New filter for Promotion Code Log report was not reporting generated codes.

Wait List: When viewing a grid of waitlist participants, the customer name is now a direct link to the customer record.

 

Attachments: Increased maximum file size for attachments to 4mb.

 

Calendar Check-In Tab: Resolved an issue where exported Customer List grid columns appeared blank.

 

Calendar: Improved calendar visibility to display events in the first days of the following month.

 

Relative Times: Added ‘Now’ as a relative time method.

 

Segments: Invoice item condition in customer segments now supports relative date editor.

Resolved an issue where the invoice item condition within customer segments did not properly support relative date inputs. This condition now behaves as expected when using relative date filters.

 

Check-in: After completing a POS transaction, the check-in is now recorded to the browser’s last used gate.
