Features

Tickets: New permission added to control ticket assignment notifications.

Staff can now receive email notifications when support tickets are assigned to them or updated — if this permission is enabled in their role settings. Please read the fine print, as the staff will need a staff email address for confidentially. This permission can be created within a role, or assigned as a custom permission. 

Or a Custom Permission for your staff- all facilities or select facilities.

 

Reporting: Added text search filter to Contract Questions & Answers report.

You can now search by text value within the Contract Q&A report, improving visibility and making it easier to find specific responses.

 

Billing: Renamed the Billing Ops page to Billing Monitor and introduced status badges to differentiate between Processed and Completed operations for better visibility and tracking.

These changes will help track and differentiate ACH transactions that have been processed vs completed.

 

Fixes

Charting: Improved Charting to differentiate between charted accounts and non-stacked subaccounts.

Plans: Improved visibility of advanced rule conditions in Pricing configurations.

The advanced rule toggle will now remain enabled if a single rule has a condition applied, preventing hidden configurations and making it easier to locate and edit active rules.

 

Inventory Counts: Product variants now display in sorted order for improved viewing and organization.
