Promotions: Promotions have been upgraded with powerful new features for increased flexibility and visibility.

In the Build Menu > Promotions > In either Product Promotions or Contract Promotions

You can now generate one-time-use promo codes and set redemption limits for added control.

Promotion code activity is visible to customers directly in the customer portal, helping to drive engagement and transparency.

A new report has been added to track promotion code usage.

Promotion code replacement fields are now available in the enhanced email builder—making it easy to personalize campaigns and automate outreach with unique, trackable codes.
