Automatically expand Show More
When disabled there will be a Show More button to make all content visible.
Booking Page Header
Displays first on the online plan booking page.
Information from the short summary is not visible on the booking page. If you want the information from your short summary to also display on the booking page, you can enter it into the booking page header.
Booking Page Footer
Displayed below the Booking Page Sections and above the available calendar.
Booking Page Sections
Content in this section is displayed between the Booking Page Header and Booking Page Footer. It allows you to create tabs on the booking page to organize and separate information. This feature provides a flexible way to present additional details without cluttering the main booking view.
Common use cases include: Related Courses, Curriculum, Terms and Conditions, FAQs and more.
Customer Portal Markup
Use this section to add custom text for a plan within the Customer Portal, allowing plan specific communication to your customers.
Status Change Forms - Freeze, Thaw, Terminate
Add custom text to the Thaw, Freeze, and Terminate forms shown to customers in the Customer Portal, if their contract permits these actions. The list of reasons available for Cancel, Freeze, and Thaw actions is managed under: Manage > Organization & Facility Settings > Lists.
Key Features:
Optionally enable or disable the customer's ability to select a freeze end date.
When submitted, these forms are automatically updated on the customer’s account.
If the customer includes Additional Comments, a ticket is automatically generated and sent to staff for review.
Freeze
A Freeze will begin at the next bill date. It will not begin immediately or refund a prorated amount. To allow a freeze, you must enable within the Freeze Terms Spoke.
The example below shows where the custom text will display here. It is also the popup your customer will see in their customer portal when they click to Freeze their recurring membership.
Thaw
A Thaw will take place immediately and prorate the customers monthly dues similar to if the customer where to sign up for the first time.
You can add custom text to the Thaw popup as well. It will display when a customer presses "Thaw" for a membership in their customer portal. (See Freeze image above for general example of appearance)
Terminate
Termination is allowed/disallowed in Plan Settings > Termination Terms
You can add custom text to the Terminate popup as well. It will display when a customer presses "Terminate" for a membership in their customer portal. (See Freeze image above for general example of appearance)
Cancellation Form Body
If you allow cancellations, see cancellation spoke article.
Contact Us Form Body
The Contact Us Form allows customers to message the facility directly. This creates a ticket within Redpoint HQ for your staff. Customers will be able to see all of their tickets and the status. For more information, please refer to the Tickets article.
Contract Detail Message
The Contract Detail Message allows you to communicate specifics for that plan.
