Front Desk: Added a required 'Check Number' field when processing check payments at the front desk.

This update helps reduce confusion when 'Check' is selected as the payment method by mistake.

Charting: Added a new chart to 'Freeze' report to display reasons for freezing.

Improvements

Contracts: Allow for custom quantity entry to Custom Price quantity box.

Previously, quantity had to be selected via 'up & down' arrows, but you can now enter a value manually.

Contracts: Added an extra column to Group Management booking details to differentiate between parents and minors.

Grid will now display Adults (18+), and Minor (0-17) for clarity.

Fixes

Calendar: Fixed an issue that would not allow for Contract Validation while viewing the Group Contracts Tab of a Calendar Booking.

Plans: Date filter when viewing Active Contracts Grid on Plan would sometimes use the incorrect time zone (UTC).

Contracts: Skip warning on dues posting when plan freeze pricing is set to $0.

Previously, to avoid alerting on dues posting, $0 freeze fees would have to be set up as Custom Pricing.

Contracts: Only show one enrollment per Customer when assigning Enrollees on Group Booking Assignments.

This fix will ensure that the same customer is not assigned as an Enrollee more than once in a Group Booking.

Contracts: Resolved an issue where assigning group participants one by one for a group booking could trigger a service notice.

Contracts: Fixed an issue where setting a custom price to match the plan price did not save as custom pricing. Added a "Custom Dues" indicator to the Pricing History grid for clarity.

Customer Portal: Blocked status changes on Contracts with a scheduled future change to prevent conflicts.

Calendar: Fixed an issue where quotations in an instructor's name caused the instructor display to appear blank.

Notifications: Display full customer name in Payment Emails.

Email notification for confirmed payments now displays full customer name, consistent with other emails.
