Features

Contracts: A 'Source' indicator has been added for contract sign-ups, allowing staff to see whether the form was completed on a kiosk or online.

All contracts attached to a customer record will now indicate their source of origin within the contract history.

 

Audit Log: Added filter option to optionally hide 'System Staff' entries.

Administrative actions occurring in Redpoint not taken directly by staff will be categorized as 'System' Staff actions.

In View Menu > Audit Log > Filter (Button) > Hide System Staff (Dropdown)

 

Audit Log: Added 'Relevant Customer' column within the Audit Log Grid to track changes tied to specific customer records.

 

Customer Portal: Default Localization Settings (Currency, Date, and Time Formats) to selected country for facility.

Customer record fields for personal information now default to the country selected in the 'Localization: Currency, Date, and Time Formats' setting and 'General' settings for Country within facility settings.

Fixes

Spoke Document Editor: Document editor now opens with the text body box fully expanded.

Resolved issue that resulted in a compacted view of text body when editing a document.

 

Charts: The Check-in Chart now correctly merges legacy and new data.

A warning indicator has been added for 'Sales and Check-in Charts' using imported data, indicating that legacy data is only available for reporting in monthly intervals.

 

Contracts: Resolved issue that resulted in a Service Notice error when viewing Invalid Contracts Grid.

 

Reports: New Standard Customer Report: ‘Contract and Customer Home Facility Mismatch’ now filters out voided contracts.

New Report added which shows active contracts and enrollments in which the contract facility differs from the contract holder's home facility.

In View Menu > Reports > Redpoint Insights 'Reporting' (Tab) > Standard Reports (Tab) > Customers (Dropdown)

 

Calendar: Fixed an issue where booking into overlapping sessions on the Calendar would prevent enrollment in a course with existing bookings.

Overlapping sessions applied to a single Asset Schedule would prevent bookings.

 

Customers: Emails on Customer Records and Profiles now always lowercase.

 

Customers: Added the ability to remove multiple values from a Custom Attribute that is restricted to single-value selection.

Multiple values on a custom attribute would return System Error.
