The Freeze Terms Spoke is available for Programs and Memberships.

This will be where you can allow or disallow freezing on individual plans.

1. Provide a version name
2. Select the Contract Freeze option
   1. None: No freezing allowed
   2. Contract: Only allow the entire contract to be frozen
   3. Enrollment: Allow individuals to freeze
3. If freezes are allowed you will need to select a product
4. Set a freeze amount which will be billed per billing cycle
