Features

Reports: New standard report for 'Payroll Time Summary.'

View hours added and deducted for paid Staff meal breaks.
Meal Hours: Number of hours worked for each unpaid meal break.
Meal Time: Number of hours deducted from time clock for unpaid meal breaks.

In View Menu > Reports > Redpoint Insights 'Reporting' (Tab) > Standard Reports (Tab) > Payroll (Dropdown) > Payroll Time Summary

 

Reports: New report added to query Contract and Customer Home Facility Mismatches.

This report is useful for viewing customers who have a billing contract at a facility that does not match their home facility.

In View Menu > Reports > Redpoint Insights 'Reporting' (Tab) > Customers (Dropdown) > Contract and Customer Home Facility Mismatch

 

Customer Portal: Staff can now authorize check-ins for related customers from a single customer profile.

Customers linked through Friends & Family in the online portal can now check in together from a single customer profile, with authorization and enablement required by staff.

This will be especially useful for Families who check-in together.

In Customer Profile > Online Profile > Authorize Check-In (for linked Friends & Family)

 

 

Customer Portal: New 'Book Again' button added to bookings page within Customer Portal.

This feature makes it easier to find and Book Again for courses the customer has enrolled in.

 

Plans: Added a new Quick Mode in Recurring Plan Rules for streamlined schedule creation.

When building a Program, the Quick Mode option will be available when editing a Plan schedule or Asset schedule.

 

Accounting: Facility code added to 'Journal Entry' reports for QuickBooks/QuickBooksOnline transfers.

 

Audit Log: New audit log filters for 'Action' and 'Object Type.'

Filter the Audit Log by specific actions taken or modifications made to offerings, including the facility where the change occurred and the staff member who made it.

In View Menu > Audit Log > Filter (Button) > Action (Dropdown), Object Type (Dropdown)



Improvements

Customer Portal: Charge full account balance to saved payment method when customers thaw online (Only when selecting to Thaw: Effective Immediately).

When Thawing, customers will be notified detailing the charge amount, including thaw charges and account balance, as well as prompts to update their payment method if required.

 

 

 

Fixes

 

Reports: Emailed reports now use correct 'From' email from address designated in Organization & Facility Settings.

Edit 'Email: From Address' in Manage Menu > Organization & Facility Settings > Facility (Dropdown) > General > Email: From Address (Field)

 

Reports: Resolved an error for specific Custom Reports that returned a system notice when expanding details.

 

Customer Portal: Better error display for gift card email input.
