Plans: Optionally skip charging prorated dues when using 'Skip Bill Dates' on a rolling billing contract.

Added a toggle for invoicing/skipping prorated dues when creating a contract with skip bill date settings (i.e. Memberships set up using Contract Billing Day Source, with a start date in the future).

In Manage Menu > Plans > Manage Plans 'Directories' (Tab) > Memberships (Tab) > Select Recurring membership Plan and 'Edit' settings > Billing (Tab) within Plan settings

Courses: Implemented a feature that enables direct email communication with customers on a waitlist via a button in the program details.

Tickets: Display a warning when creating a private ticket for a user who is not part of the existing conversation.

This warning will trigger if any ticket replies come from an email that does not match the email linked to the customer profile tied to the ticket.

Fixes

Invoices: Disallow assigning open invoices to: Customer, Anonymous.

All open invoices will be removed from POS cart when changing from a customer with open invoices to an anonymous customer.

Tickets: Added warning notification if resolving a public ticket with a private comment.

Ensure that the customer has received correspondence via a public comment before accidentally resolving ticket with a private comment.

Staff Assignments: Added a warning notification to Calendar events if staff assignments have been enabled, but no staff have been assigned.

When editing a program plan, on the 'Staff Assignments' (Tab), toggle on/off enabling staff assignments.

Segments: Resolved an issue within customer segments, where certain conditions would cause the screen to freeze.
