Check-in: Check-in page displays and remembers selected gate.

Redpoint will now save gate details in check-in history. Check-in screen will also display gate used for entry. 

 

 

 

Check-in: Added amenity benefit for Restricted Check-in Times.

This allows you to configure a check-in rule for off-hour facility access. 

 

In Manage Menu > Organization & Facility Settings > Check-In Guards > Expand Check-In Guard > Add Check-in Rule > Customize Restrictions for Dates & Times

 

 

 

Customer Portal: Added a setting that limits minimum age for profile creation (defaults to 13).

This setting will prevent parents from accidentally creating accounts as their children when filling out a waiver or program booking.

Minimum age can be changed or removed within Global Storefront Settings.

In Manage Menu > Storefronts > Manage Storefronts 'Global Settings' (Tab) > Online Profile Age Restriction

 

 

Customer Portal: Added a link to switch customers if profile is linked to minor.

If an adult contract holder accidentally puts their email or phone number attached to a minor's profile, it will impede their ability to access their Customer Portal for the minor within the Customer Portal.

This link will allow the customer to transfer the existing Online Profile to instead be listed under the Adult's Customer Profile. The customer profile for the minor will be attached to the Adult, and will therefore be accessible for creating bookings for the minor.

 

 

 

Late Fees: Late fees now defined by two categories: 'Billing' and 'Other'. 

Assign Late Fees directly from a customer profile to include defined Late Fee Products.

In a Customer Profile > Invoices (Tab) > Add Late Fee (Button)

Fields for assigning products to 'Billing Late Fees' and 'Other Late Fees' have been added to General Settings.

Manual confirmation window has been added when adding Late Fees manually or in Bulk.

Two new staff permissions have been added for the management of these late fees: 'Add Late Fee,' (for fees categorized as 'Other,' such as a missed program booking fee, or a decline fee) and 'Add Billing Late Fee' (for late fees on recurring payments).

 

 

Fixes

 

Customer Portal: Require customer to Log In before watching a video attached to a waiver agreement.

Previously, the attached video would play prior to prompting the customer to log-in, resulting in confusion and the document not always being filled out to completion.

 

 

Customer Portal: Add extra warning when signing waiver if making an account under-18.

 

 

Customer Portal: Add cancel button to select family and friends. 

Added a 'Cancel' button when making a booking for Friends and Family. Pressing Cancel will allow you to select a different participant, or 'Add New Customer' instead.

 

 

Customers: Added a warning when adding a duplicate barcode to a customer.

Warning window will pop up when editing a barcode number on a customer profile when a barcode already exists.

 

 

Tickets: Deal with special characters in ticket subject.

Previously, subject lines of received tickets could load with HTML entity artifacts.
