Tickets: Added predefined ticket comments to Administrative Lists.

New List resource that adds allows you to predefine ticket comments.
In Manage Menu > Organization & Facility Settings > Lists (Dropdown) > Administrative Lists (Dropdown) > Predefined Ticket Comments

Use email body editor to add Text, Images, etc...

After creating a list, it must be made active at relevant facilities. After altering lists for predefined ticket comments, a browser refresh will be needed in order to show  in list of predefined comments in the ticket window.

Predefined Ticket Comments appear in the Ticket, right above the text editor.  Once added, further edits can be made to the predefined comment added.

Front Desk: Added more shortcuts to non-modal receipt notification. 

Additional shortcuts and references have been added to the 'non-modal receipt notification.' (pictured below) for added convenience when utilizing cash drawer.

Enable the Modal Receipt notification in Facility Settings for POS

In Manage Menu > Organization & Facility Settings > Point of Sale (Dropdown) > Options > 'Prompt staff with a modal receipt dialog (Checkbox)

Check-in: Added rule to alert for missing stored payment methods when checking-in contract holder.

A new check in rule has been created that you can optionally add to your check in guard that will alert any customer who has an account balance and no stored payment method or an active recurring contract and no stored payment method will alert.

Go to Manage > Organization & Facility Settings > Check-in Guards > Add Check in Rule

Fixes

Check-in: Refreshing QR Code for Check-in triggered warning.

Resolved issue that resulted in double check-in when using a generated QR code as it refreshes.

Customer Portal: Adjust how Recaptcha is loaded to minimize challenges.

Adjusted Recaptcha settings to only load when using Guest Checkout, and to reduce the difficulty of loaded image puzzles.

Promotions: Remove 'Action Limit' on amenity product promotions since it has no effect.

Amenity Promotions will have an unlimited use, and therefore the 'Action Limit' setting has been removed to reduce confusion.
