Contracts: Add date of birth to 'Pending Validation' grid.

Adding a column for Date of Birth to the results grid for 'Pending Validation' assists in validating waivers.

Contracts: Edit membership used the start date of contract as opposed to maximum of start date or now when determining age of enrollee.

Previously, when editing memberships, Customer Requirements referencing Age would look to the start date of the contract, and not current date.

Contracts: 'Alter Plan Contract' sometimes removed a custom property, but left the pricing.

Sometimes, when manually Altering Plan Contract within a customer profile, artifacts of previous custom property were retained on plan.

Contracts: Improved 'Activate Contract' warning language to indicate amenity tokens will not be debited if invoice is skipped.

Normally, contracts should be activated through purchasing a plan. When 'Activate Contract' is used, automations around plan configurations are sometimes lost, as indicated in the new Warning language.
