An additional filter option has been added to Retail Reporting in the 'Sales/Cost Grid'

In Products Module > Manage Products 'Sales/Cost Grid' (Tab) > Filter > Promo Code (Dropdown)

Front Desk: Add 'Open Cash Drawer' button to non-modal receipt notification. 

Added 'Open Cash Drawer' button to notification pop-up that follows a tendered transaction.

(Previously, a modal receipt notification box was needed in order to be prompted to open cash drawer following a tendered transaction)

Purchase Orders: Missing address list caused service error.

Fixed an error that would appear when editing Product Orders with no default shipping address listed.
