Segments: New criteria for Customer Segments: Enrollment Segments.

Similar to Customer Segments, where you set constraints to return customer records, Enrollment Segments utilizes different contract related constraints so that you can return enrollment information (info from them and their contract like Contract Holder, Plan Name, etc) AND customer record information,  not just customer record information (as in Segments).

Go to Manage > Customer Segments and Requirements > Enrollment Segments (Tab) > Add Enrollment Segment

Filter Results to include several aspects of Customer Record, including Status, Contract, Badges, Profile Attributes, Attachments, optionally filtered by by Enrollees vs Contract Holders.

Settings: New tool and UI for 'Daily Billing Config.'

In Manage > Organization and Facility Settings > Facility (Dropdown) > Daily Billing Config

Set 'Sweep Billing' Mode and Dates to run automatic billing processes on indicated dates to capture Account Invoices and Declined Transactions.

Improvements

Segments: Improved UI in Segment Builder Tool.

Quality of life improvements include: more compact view, bulk expand/collapse tools, enhanced color contrast and readability improvements.

Fixes

Date Picker: More preset ranges and JavaScript errors fixed.

Preset ranges now include: 2-3 Trailing Years, 2-3 Trailing Months, Last 2-3 Years.

Export Customer List: Customer Attachments now correctly export from Course Questions.

In Calendar, on a courses Attatchments page, using the Customer fields export on the plan question answers was not exporting the answers.  This has now been fixed.

Immediate Staff Thaw: Fix error for immediate staff thaw

A System Error Message when manually thawing a Prepaid membership no longer appears.
