Contracts: New feature enables the ability to 'Modify Billing Cycle' on Recurring billing contracts.
This feature allows you to customize a customer's billing interval, and is only available on plans with Billing Type 'Recurring' selected, with Billing Day Source set to 'Contract.'
In Customer Profile for Recurring Member > Contracts (Tab) > Memberships (Tab) > expand Membership Plan > (3 dots) Modify Billing Cycle
Check-in: Rule to alert when in/out of customer segment
A new Rule has been added to Customer Segments which allows for customization of 'Last Check-in Alerts,' and if they are active within the specific Customer Segment when checking in.
Front Desk: Added search criteria to include: Payments by integrated payment provider ID, Transaction amount, Card Type, and Last 4 of CC.
In Front Desk Module > Find Transactions > Payments > Filter
More Advanced Search fields have been added to the 'Find Transactions' function to include:
- Payment Provider
- Allows you to refine search by Provider Reference ID
- Transaction Amount
- Card Type (AMEX, VISA, etc...)
- Last 4 digits of Credit Card #
Segments: New Condition field added for Customer Segments: Custom SQL Condition
Added feature allowing customer queries utilizing custom SQL conditions.
In Manage > Customer Segments and Requirements > 'Create New Customer Segment' > 'Misc' (Tab) > Custom SQL Condition
Charts: Added Chart depicting imported legacy data for daily numbers if data is available.
Data sourced directly from RGP imports for daily numbers now able to be charted.
In View > Charting > Redpoint Insights 'Charting' (Tab) > Legacy Software > Daily Numbers Table
Manipulate Data to view:
- Date Range
- Style: Column, Line, Spline
- Interval: Day, Month (1st of the Month), Year (1st of the Year)
- Data Series: Define specific Tags, Subtypes, and other Profile data
- Computation: Sum values vs Average values
- Facility Codes: Define specific facility filter
- Stacking: 'By Facility Code' will delineate facility check-ins with color-coded values
Improvements
Plans: Improved freeze term language to indicate: 'Recurring' is per billing cycle vs 'Prepaid' is freeze dues per month.
Fixes
Plans: Rule in booking date pricing was using UTC instead of local time.
This issue would effect specific Plan terms offered within a specific time-frame. Now using local time.
Customer Experience: Do not show activation statuses as 'Pending' in the Customer Portal.
Enrollments for new bookings would double-notify customers of active/pending statuses for booking made in the same day.
Tickets: Removed 'Service Notice Notification' which reset draft ticket content if staff is not logged in when creating a ticket.
Removed error message that would appear when replying to a ticket while not logged in. Resolved issue where error text would reset text in Ticket Body.
