Automated Emails: Added a button that allows a 'Test Email' to be sent to customers.
In Manage Menu > Notifications > Email Automations > + New Email Automations > Email Content (Tab) > Preview (Tab)
Automated Emails: Enhanced email builder and SendGrid templates now available for all emails. (Automations, Templates, and Custom Plan Notifications).
Enhance Email customization through the use of Email Builder tools.
Add Buttons, Images, Text, and Integrations to fully customize email content.
- Utilize Email Templates created in SendGrid by toggling the 'Use SendGrid Template' option.
- Populate a Dropdown menu of Templates found in SendGrid.
Products: New tab on products to see where a product is used in Plans.
In 'Products' Module > In Product List (Tab) Select a Product > Tab was added to include 'Usages'
Easily view all Plans, Contracts, and Promotions a specific product is connected to. For example, select 'Day Pass' to view all offerings that include Day Pass as a product, as well as the benefits and amenities associated with the Plan.
Customer Notes: Customer notes now have 'Important' priority option. End-dates added for Alerts on notes.
- Customer Notes now have an 'Important Note' via a Drop-Down menu.
- Important Notes can have an 'ALERT' date-range applied, which will expire when outside of active range.
- Important Notes will be sorted to the top of the Notes page, and will be marked with:
- Expired 'Important Notes' (important notes that are outside of the active date range) will appear with a 'Grey' 'ALERT' badge instead of a 'Red' badge.
Customer Segments: New 'Do Not Mail condition added to Customer Segment Conditions.
In Manage > Customer Segments and Requirements > Customer Segment 'Builder' > Add Condition > Customer Record (Tab) > Do Not Mail
Cart Refunds: New Warning prompt to notify staff of in-facility refunds.
New phrasing adds clarity for staff issuing refunds via the front desk which cannot be tendered due to cross-facility purchasing:
'The refund of :amount: originated from a different facility and cannot be processed within the Cart. This refund must be processed through the facility where the invoice was created.'
Tickets: Blocked emails grid
In Tickets Module > Incoming Emails: Blocked (Tab)
- Tab added to ticketing window that shows Blocked Emails.
- Blocked emails (often spam emails) are not automatically assigned tickets.
- Emails are blocked if the sender is unrecognized or the content appears suspicious. After reviewing a blocked email, you have the option to either 'Create Ticket' or 'Delete' the email. Deleted emails can be restored if done so by mistake.
Automated Emails: Strongly suggesting unsubscribe links in email editors for thank you and expired/expiring emails.
Added warning prompt to strongly suggest adding 'Unsubscribe Link' to non-transactional email templates.
Specifically, Email Templates for: Contract expiring, Contract expired, and Thank You email templates will all automatically populate the warning.

Check-Ins: Show imported notes in sidebar at check-in.
Notes from imported data now populate in check-in sidebar.
Fixes
Contracts: Use 'Maximum of Start Date' or 'Now' for customer requirements seed date.
Fixed an issue that incorrectly flagged customer requirements for minimum age of participants.
