Contracts: Allow bulk price change on $0 contracts if no discount total is greater than $0.

In Manage Menu > Contracts > Bulk Recurring Changes > Plan Dues Change

Previously, contracts with $0 dues could not have their price changed via the Bulk Recurring Changes tool.

Customer Interface: Some android users reported difficult saving the check-in page to their home-screen.

Check In page within customer portal can now be book marked for Android Users.
