Notifications: Standalone email did not respect checkboxes.

Fixed a bug that sent emails to course participants who had not been selected to receive emails via check-box.

Email Automations: Ticket forward key added.

Customers who reply to an email via Email Automations will now forward to Customer Ticketing system.
